The thesis was about study on the chemical components of the stem of Kopsia lancibracteolata Merr., as well as, the research progress of chemical constituents and their bioactives of the plants for the genus of Kopsia B1.The thesis consists of two parts.The first part was a review of the research progress on chemical constituents and their bioactives from the plants for the genus of Kopsia. B1. The second part is about the antioxidant activity constituents from the ethanol extract of the stem of Kopsia lancibracteolata Merr.10 compounds were isolated from the ethanolextract of the stem of Kopsia lancibracteolata Merr. speciosa by various chromatopraphy.8 compounds structures were elucidated by a study of their physical and spectral data.3,6-dimethoxy-2,5-Piperazinedione(1)、Stigmast-4-en-3-one(2)、Stigmasterol(3)、β-Amyrin(4)、β-Sitosterol(5)、Dancosterol(6)、Linoleic acid (7)、Palmitic acid (8), and all of them were isolated from the stem of the Kopsia lancibracteolata Merr.This was the first report of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry of chemical constituents from the petroleum and chloroform ether fraction of the stems of Kopsia lancibracteolata Merr. The constituents were identified by their mass spectra. The relative percentage of the constituents was calculated using the GC peak areas.43 compounds were identified, amounting to 80.45%.of total amount,The main chemical components of the liposoluble components were (E)-2-Decenal(10.29%)、β-Amyrin(10.04%)、2-Undecenal (8.61%)、Hop-22(29)-en-3-β-ol(5.49%) and Palmitic acid(5.3O%). The chloroform Ext,28 compounds were identified, amounting to 90.77%. of total amount, The main chemical components of the liposoluble components were Ervinine(14.81%)、β-Amyrin(14.70%)、Hexacosane(6.54%)、Nonacosan(6.50%)、Octacosane(6.48%)、Triacontane(5.74%) Hexacosane(5.34%).Bioassay results showed the extracts antioxidant activity by using DPPH free radical scavenging method:compounds 1,2 showed antioxidant activity, and the parts of CHCl3. Ext of stem and bark, EtOH crude.Ext of stem and bark, EtOAc.Ext of stem and bark, also showed high antioxidant activity.Bioassay results showed the extracts antioxidant activity by the use of DPPH free radical scavenging method:CHCl3. Ext of stem and bark> EtOH crude.Ext of stem and bark> EtOAc.Ext of stem and bark> Aqueous.Ext of stem and bark>EtOH crude.Ext of stem xylem> Pet.Ext of stem and bark.
