Experimental Study Of Evodia Lepta (spr.) Merr On The Anti-inflammatory And Analgesic Effects And Its Chemical Constituent Of Liposolubility

Evodia lepta (Spr.) Merr. is mainly distributed in SouthChina.The aerial part of Evodia lepta (Spr.) Merr. 15 used as a Chinese folk medicine to treat trauma,abscesses,wound infection,eczema,dermatitis and haemorrhoids.It has the high value of Evodia lepta (Spr.) Merr. in medcine,and widespread clinical application,it is commonly used as one of constituent in prescription of herbal tea,and one of the essential component in coldrex. At present, it is weakly studies Evodia lepta (Spr.) Merr. in modern pharmacology,and the chemical constituent is not studied systematically to put in.The root of the Evodia lepta (Spr.) Merr. wan used as the position in medcine,but now,stems and branchs are used as the position in medcine to protect the natural resources.So as to say the rationality of the the position in medcine and how it can heal swelling of throat and cold,it is necessary to study the pharmacologic action and chemical constituent of the Evodia lepta (Spr.) Merr. According to the effect of the different extract on the pain response induced by hot plate, on the writhing response induced by HAc, the ear edma rate of the mice, and the paw edema of he mice,this text wants to say the time-effect relationship and mechanism of action.It is widely that staphylococcus aureus ,blastomyces albicans ,beta-hemolytic streptococci and others distributed in nature. Further,to study the effect of the different extract to inhibit the beta-hemolytic streptococci,and the what is the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC).It shows that maybe the component of the antibacterial activity is liposoluble constituent.This text studies the liposoluble constituent of the stems of Evodia lepta (Spr.) Merr.,as extracted with different solvent, separated with column chromatography.Get eight chemical compounds from the parts of the petroleum spirit and the chloroform,and were identified seven of them with physico-chemical property and wave spectrum(MS,1~HNMR,13~CNMR): long-chain fatty acid(Ⅰ),β- sitosterol(Ⅱ),hexadecanoic acid(Ⅲ), 3,5,3'-trihydroxy-8,4'-dimethoxy-7-(3-methylbut -2-enyloxy)-flavon(eⅤ), daucostero(lVI), salylic acid(Ⅶ). VI andⅦwere isolated from this plant for the first timeTo analyze the constituents of Evodia lepta stem,the essential oil was extracted by water distillation method and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for the first time.As a result, the chemieal struetures of twenty-seven eonstituents were identified,and their relative content were determined.The sum of their contents was 75.330% of the oil. The constituents in the essential oils from Evodia lepta stem are hexadecanoic aeid(30.74%),δ-cadinene (8.017%),neophytadiene (6.590%).
