The Current Investigate And Countermeasures Of Veterinary Management System In The City Of Puyang

The current state of husbandry and veterinary was investigated including the staffer’s ages and educational leavers ,the systems of management, the basic facilities, the condition of the economical and agricultural extension by using empirical analysis methods in the city of Puyang from July, 2008 to November, 2008 in the city of Puyang in Henan Province. The investigation’s aim is to learn the mainly existed question systematic in order to discover the proper methods and solve the problems at present.This investigation on the system of the husbandry and veterinary of 6 counties (area) the basic units of Puyang city discovered mainly existed several aspects the question as following:1、Institutional constrains and management and lower efficiency.2、The older ages and lower technical qualification.3、The older ages and lower technical qualification.4、The veterinarian control system is not perfect, and the human affairs and distribution system is irrational.5、The specialized quality is low.6、A few devotion and the bad basic establishment in the funds insurance make services difficulty to be paid for.In view of above these questions, simultaneously in order to exert the function of the basic unit husbandry and veterinary system, the corresponding methods are proposed, summarized as follows:1、The reasonable service system and regular management.2、The better basic facilities and condition of the office.3、The higher personnel qualification and the reasonable structure of the service team.4、The reasonable personnel qualification and higher efficiency.5、The legal laws and regulations is not perfect and the propaganda of legal system is insufficient.6、Setup the funds insurance mechanism reasonable.
