Cut Roses(Rosa hybrida) that is a cultivar group rose family(Rosaceae) Rosa(Rosa) Plants is a general term for a large class of modern cultivars of rose.The production of cut rose in Jilin province is short of supporting post harvest fresh keeping technology, which leads to excessive loss of circulation process. Therefore, this experiment in order to reduce loss and realize the localization of postharvest preservation technology,we chose a variety of Cut Rose named Carola in Shuangyang District of Changchun City Fang Rui flower production baseto studied it from four parts:First,according to the vase life as an evaluation index,we selected the optimal fungicides and plant growth regulators through single factor experiment. Then we designed five factors and four levels orthogonal experiment to design the Post-harvest pretreatment liquid composition formula of Cut Rose.Second, we explored the preservation and physiological mechanism of spretreatment liquid of the Cut Rose.Third,we bound the experiments that store the pretreatment liquid at 4 to ℃through to verify the preservation of it.Forth,we set different time gradient for both of the storage methods and comparing by morphological index and physiological index.In this study,the following results were obtained.(1)The composition formulation of the pretreatment fluidThe separate screening test results showed that plant growth regulator works better then other treatment options when the concentration of 6-benzyladenine(6-BA) is 10mg/L,the vase life reached 9.00 d.The separate screening test results showed that the fungicide works best when the concentration of Aluminum sulfate is 300mg/L. The vasing life of this treatment was the longest and reached 8.70 days.The five factors and four orthogonal experiment levels about sucrose,aluminum sulfate,6-BA,nanosilver and pretreatment time based on the single factor tests showed that after 12 h,treatment A got the longest vasing life and reached 10.22 d.However,according to the K values we obtained another result. The best treatment was B and the treatment time was 12 hours. The combination of the two pretreatment liquid formulations would be used in the next verification test.(2)The verification tests on the preservation of the pretreatment liquid for the Cut RoseThe two pretreatment liquid could delay the senescence of cut flowers compared with the comparison. Treatment B increased 2.34 d compared with the comparison and reached 12.67 d,was the best treatment. Compared with treatment A,the vasing life of treatment B increased 1d. This treatment for increasing the flower diameter,maintaining the water balance of cut flowers,slowing down the decline of soluble sugar and soluble protein content and enhancing the role of antioxidant enzyme activity was better than CK,SK and treatment A.(3)The test for the pretreatment liquid combined with low temperature storageBy the storage test,we verified the preservation of treatment B on Cut Rose. Dry storage 8d,the vase life reached 5d with the pretreatment liquid and got 1d longer than the comparison. The maximum flower diameter increased 28.59%. Wet storage 8d,the vase life reached 11.67 d with the pretreatment liquid and got 1d longer than the comparison. The maximum flower diameter increased 11.08%. Under two storage conditions,compared with the comparison,the material showed that pretreatment liquid could slow down the rate of change decreased fresh weight,soluble sugar,increase soluble protein content, increase SOD activity and the MDA content increased smoothly.This treatment can effectively delay the senescence of the test material.(4)Comparative test of different storage methods and timeThe result showed that dry storage caused greater damage to the ornamental quality of Cut Rose.The vase life of cut rose after drying storage(D) 2d,4d,6d,8d were 8.33 d,8.33 d,7.00 d,5.00d;The vase life of cut rose after wetting storage(D) 2d,4d,6d,8d were 12.00 d,11.67 d,10.00 d,7.33 d.The order value of the water balance is substantially constant in each period of vase,for W4>W8>D2>D4>W12>W16>D6>D8.Wet storage is more conducive to maintaining the water of cut flower and have long storage time.The soluble sugar and soluble protein content decreased slowly during the period of Cut Rose after wet storage,and wet storage delay reducing antioxidant enzyme activity.In summary,Cut Rose ’Corolla’ producing in Jilin Province after pretreatment liquid processing 12 h,its wet storage better than dry storage.Recommend that wet storage time is about 16 d,dry storage time is 2- 4d,the water bottle can make the vase life more than 7d.
