| This research was conducted to investigate the effect of Fe, Zn, Se in intro fermentation, growth performance and blood parameter in yak. This study including three parties, the experiment 1, 2, 3 were to investigate the effect of single trace element in intro fermentation, obtained the optimal add level for rumen fermentation. The experiment 4, using orthogonal design,in order to get the optimal add comibination of trace element. The experiment 5 using the optimal add comibination of trace element in vivo, investigate the effect of trace elements(Fe, Zn, Se) on growth performance and blood parameter in yak.Experiment 1,2,3.Three yaks with permanent rumen fistula[(296.7±12.80) kg]used as donating animal for rumen fluid. Rumen fermentation were examined in Menke vitro gas production method, to investigate the effect of single trace element on rumen fermentation, the hydroxyl methionine iron and Ferrous sulfate, he hydroxyl zinc methionine and Zinc sulfate, Sodium selenite and selenite yeast set a basal diet group and each level set three repeats, result:hydroxyl methionine iron(30 mg/kg), hydroxyl zinc methionine(30 mg/kg), selenite yeast(0.3mg/kg) were in favour of improving rumen fermentation.Experiment 4. Using orthogonal design, nine trail groups and one basic diet group were designed in order to get the optimal add comibination of trace element, Result: the optimal combination was hydroxyl methionine iron(20 mg/kg) hydroxyl zinc methionine(30 mg/kg), selenite yeast(0.4 mg/kg).Experiment 5.This research was conducted to the effect of trace element comibination on the growth performance and blood parameters in yak. Selecting 12 yaks, two groups and one basic diet group, each group has four yaks. group one was hydroxyl methionine iron(20 mg/kg),hydroxyl zinc methionine(30 mg/kg),Selenium yeast(0.4 mg/kg),group two was hydroxyl methionine iron(20mg/kg),hydroxyl zinc methionine(40mg/kg),Selenium yeast(0.3mg/kg). Result showed:the ADG of experiment groups were significantly higher than basic diet group(P<0.05), Total protein,Albumin,Globulin of experiment group 2 were higher than basic diet group(P>0.05), AST of experiment group were lower than basic diet group(P<0.05), there was significant effect difference in NH3-N, MCP concentration,Acetic acid,Propionic acid, TVFA, C2/C3 between experimental groups and basic diet group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Iron, zinc, selenium added to 20:40:0.3 could improve the ADG and rumen fermentation of yak. |
