Avena sativa L. cv.Qinghai No.444 is a kind of early maturity varieties in qinghai province and the excellent conditions at high altitudes. Good resistance, and high seed grass. Avena sativa L. cv. Qinghai is a kind of mature varieties, grew better in lower altitude region. Good quality, leaf quantity is rich, for high yield of grass varieties.This study in Avena sativa L. cv.Qinghai No.444 as the female parent, Avena sativa L. cv. Qinghai to the male parent hybridization 14 hybrids,from its biological character(morphology) and production performance,and SSR molecular markers(genetic level) on three levels,application of variation coefficient and genetic diversity index,significance test,cluster analysis method to study of the evaluation of its agronomic traits(quantitative trait tillering number,round layer number,spike length,main spike grain number, main spike grain weight,spikelet number, leaf length,leaf width,plant height, stem diameter and grains),growth period,grass and seed yield and genetic variation. With the purpose of selecting the advantage of oat materials suitable for Qinghai region,providing theoretical basis for high altitude oat cross breeding.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The parents and 14 germplasm agronomic traits of morphological characteristics of hybrid offspring,panicle traits and seed characteristics of variation coefficient was 6.36%-35.72%.Various materials were characterized by large genetic variation,genetic range,improve the space wad large.2. The parents and 14 hybrids material seeds can full ripeness in Huangzhong city of Qinghai province.3. Comprehensive evaluation by agronomic characteristics, leaf quantity is relatively abundant hybrids for D1, D3; Seed traits better hybrids is D20, D25.4. By principal component analysis of the material,in high yield breeding work,main panicle spikelet number,main spike grain weight,ear length and grain weight per plant can independently choose.5. Through the performance evaluation of the production D2,D6&D10 were the materials with rich leaf quantity.D10,D1&D3were the materials with higher herbage yield. D2,D21&D1 were the materials with higher seed yield.6. Test this to parents and 14 agronomic traits of hybrid offspring variation to make comparative analysis, in close and transgressive advantages more apparent is D1, D3, and D20.7. According to the molecular markers of SSR,most of the materials were highly polymorphic,by selecting pair 11 which can efficiently identify oats hybrid materials of SSR markers,amplified out 143 DNA fragments,111 fragments of those present highly polymorphic as 63.3% of the total fragments amplified,genetic similarity coefficient was 0.42-0.77.8. Clustering figure that D17, D6, D10 and male parent qinghai sweet oat’s closest relative, the agronomic traits showed that D6, D10 prolific grass type; D24, perhaps a D21, D25, D20 and female parent in qinghai 444 close relatives, the combination of agronomic traits to evaluate, D20 and D21, perhaps, D25, D24 for seed production type offspring; D28 separated from parents were obvious genetic, explain D28 neither high grass, also not high yielding seed, and parents have the difference, D1, D2, D3, D4, D12 and similarity coefficient between two parents, that inherit the advantage of the two, agronomic traits also showed that D1, D2, D3, D4, D12 grass for high yield, and high yielding seed types. SSR molecular markers can be better verified theoretically hybrids and the genetic relationship of parents.
