| This paper is the central university research team innovation fund project content (DL13EA07).This paper use the high ornamental value stream (Iris sanguinea Donnex Horn) 10 different strains of design and color as the research object,Phenotypic measurement, using the third stimulus from the sum of squared residuals method of design and color clustering analysis.And select one representative from each department strains, through liquid phase analysis, characteristic color reaction of flower pigments, ultraviolet-visible spectrometry;And different development period of flower and metal elements content and pH value, the preliminary discussion on the coloring mechanism of different colors; At the same time to carry out the production technology research and application of the three-dimensional dry flower in order to clarify the chromogenic mechanism of design and color, provide a scientific basis for breeding new varieties, lay a foundation for the practical application of three-dimensional dry flower. This experiment mainly the results of the study are as follows:(1) Through to design and color of 10 Iris sanguinea strains of L*, a* and b* values for clustering analysis, get four on behalf of the department are:white, pink, purple, violet, purple; different strains of design and color brightness (L*) and red (a*) showed a significant negative correlation;And L*and yellow degree (b*) showed extremely significant positive correlation; Characteristic parameter values in five, four representative strains (B02) white fastens, pinkish purple (H02), blue (L02), purple (Z02) L* and b*values are:the relationship between the size of the B02> H02> L02> Z02; Chroma (C*) and the relationship between the size of a* is:Z02> L02> H02> B02; Various chromaticity Angle between the h difference is not obvious.(2) Based on the analysis of the four components of color preliminary test result,B02 does not check flower pigment glycosides and chlorophyll,detected by petals yellow base containing carotenoids; B02 petals contain flavonoids, and flavonoids might not include C5-OH, do not have two phenolic hydroxyl or with 3-OH or 4-ketone and 5-OH structure, does not contain dihydrogen flavonol, phenolic hydroxyl and chalcone or orange.Speculated that the metabolic pathway of design and color has not entered the stage of the synthesis of flavonol, the pigment is mainly composed of carotenoids and flavonoids.(3) Three comprehensive tests result H02 does not contain chlorophyll and carotenoid, but contains anthocyan nucleoside and flavonoids.Its petals do not contain chalcone, catechins or orange, dihydro flavonol, pigment molecules doesn’t have 3’,4’-dihydroxy, the structure of flavonoids have C5-OH, the pigment has no adjacent two phenolic hydroxyl or with 3-OH or 4-ketone and 5-OH structure,in conclusion inference H02 color and malvidin glycosides, flavonoids and other flavonoids substances;(4) Comprehensive four experiments result L02 does not contain chlorophyll and carotenoid, but contains anthocyan nucleoside and flavonoids.Its petals not containing chalcone, catechins, flavonol, orange ketone, containing dihydroxyl flavonol, flavonol-3-O-glycosidic and anthocyanins compounds, and its pigment with adjacent two phenolic hydroxyl or not with 3-OH or 4-ketone and 5-OH structure, molecular structure of phenolic hydroxyl and 3’,4’-dihydroxy,liquid phase analysis results malvidin flavonoid glycosides and the material is the main color factors;(5) Integrated three tests result Z02 does not contain chlorophyll and carotenoid, but contains anthocyan nucleoside and flavone, its petals do not containing chalcone, catechins, flavonol, orange. Z02 flavonoids may contain C5-OH and the structure, the color on the content of quercetin glycosides and there were some differences of L02 may contain dihydroxy flavonol, flavonol-3-O-glycosidic and anthocyanins compounds, and its pigment with adjacent two phenolic hydroxyl or not with3-OH or 4-ketone and 5-OH structure, molecular structure of no 3’,4’-dihydroxy, comprehensive concluded that the main type of pigment as malvidin flavonoid glycosides and the substance;(6) Four streams are in weak acid the strains of pH value. B02 and pH value of L02 as the floral organ development is on the rise:BO2 pH change trend of 4.6 (0.01 mm) to 0.01 (0.01 mm), the trend of L02 was 5.2 (0.01 mm) to 0.01 (0.00 mm); H02 and pH value is declining Z02:H02 changes in the range of 5.6 (0.01 mm) to 0.01 (0.01 mm), Z02 changes in the range of 5.7 (0.01 mm) to 0.01 (0.02 mm).Different colors pH value difference is not obvious, speculated that the pH may not determinethe crucial factor for the formation of blue color.(7) Mg element on the blue color is less involved in chelation mechanism, but the participation of more petals metabolism; speculated that the Ca element is less involved in blue color mechanism, the Ca content in providing energy basis; Fe element on the blue color is less involved in chelation mechanism; speculated that Cu element involved in the creek quan blue color mechanism.(8) Picking new Iris sanguinea, embedding method is adopted to improve the microwave drying, optimal drying conditions for:powder dryer, microwave heating 1 min, cool to room temperature.
