In order to optimize water bacon and herb-based induction conditions woody, herbaceous this study:cactus, spider plant, pink palm and woody plants:jasmine, Schefflera,Money Tree as materials under different water temperature, oxygen content and hormone concentrations were hydroponics induced screening and evaluation, and determine its physiological characteristics change,and finally,according to pre-inducing roots the results of the screening to the water temperature, oxygen content and variable concentrations of hormone-induced orthogonal experiment, designed to optimize a set of herbaceous and woody plants root induction program. The main findings are as follows:(1) Water culture induced screening under different water temperature, oxygen content and hormone concentrations:from three kinds of woody plants and three kinds of herbs in different conditions of water culture induced hair roots health point of view:Pachira, Schefflera,spider plants, pink palm and cactus optimum hormone concentration Omg/kg,jasmine optimum hormone concentration is 300mg/kg;Pachira optimum aeration time of Oh/d jasmine optimum aeration time of 16h/d, Schefflera, spider plants, pink palm and cactus optimum aeration time is 24h/d; Pachira optimum temperature is 26℃, Schefflera, jasmine, spider plants, pink palm and cactus optimal temperature is 30℃.By contrast the state of the hair root herbs and woody plants derived: Bacon inducing herb water system easier than woody plants, herbs and roots time relatively early, and woody roots of the hair root water but the roots need a longer amount of time than a lot of herbs.
