Aglaonema [Aglaonema Modestum] was perennial herb which belonged to the familyAglaonema schott of Araceae. The leaves of Aglaonema were everygreen all the year round andriched luster, and it’s stem looked like the bamboo which had virtuous lasting appeal and it couldresistance to indoor long-term scattered light,so it was very suitable for cultivation householdmaintenance. At present, In our country to the north the species of Foliage plants was rare,introducing Aglaonema to the north could make household potted plant variety.Aglaonema was subtropical foliage plant which had a higher requirements on the growthenvironment temperature. In our country to the north there nearly had a week’s low temperaturetime when before and after indoor heating. At this stage, the low temperature would affect thegrowth of Aglaonema. However, short-term low temperature adaptability of Aglaonema innorthern region of study was rarely reported. This test used Aglaonema as materials which wereplaced under4℃low temperature, respectively in coercion1d,2d,4d and6d,8d tested stressand contrast (20℃) physiological index of plant leaves, to infer tolerance of Aglaonema under4℃low temperature, explored the measured indicators showed the cold hardiness physiologymechanism, and provided reliable reference value for reasonable introduction cultivationmaintenance it on the north cold area, at the same time provided effective theoretical data for otherplant of Araceae hardiness.At present, in our country to the north hydroponic plant was given priority to with bamboo,there had no more kinds.As the stem of Aglaonema looked like the bamboo which showed that ithad the features that could hydroponic maintenance at home,so introducing Aglaonema to thenorth could enrich the species of local water-cultivayed flower.The research of Aglaonemahydroponic technology was mainly in south and north of China region,and it was rarely reported inthe northeastern region.This experiment taked Aglaonema as the material, and researched how theseven kinds of hydroponic formula influenced the growth condition of Aglaonema and selected theoptimal hydroponic formula combined with the physiological provided an effective theoreticalbasis and practical guidance technology for Aglaonema hydroponic technology promotion.The main results were as follows: ⑴In the test of short-term low temperature stress, Relative electric conductivity (REC) couldbe used as a single indicator reflection the strength of Aglaonema resistance to the cold also RECand cold resistance of plants had great relevance,and soluble sugar and soluble protein took thesecond place, and the activity of POD should combine the content of MDA and Pro whosehardiness of Aglaonema relatively was weakest.During the8d under4℃low temperature stress inthe material,the maximum of REC was less to50%which showed that the material can endureshort-term4℃low temperature;⑵In the test of short-term low temperature stress, low temperature impacted on soluble sugarand soluble protein in the cell clearly and consistently,which showed that the two indicators can beused as evaluation of Aglaonema cold hardiness of the same kind of effectiveness factor;⑶In the test of short-term low temperature stress, as the stress time continued,the content ofMDA increased gradually which showed that membrane lipid peroxidation of the constantlystrengthened and the content of MDA reached relatively highest at6d and8d which showed thatplant damaged at this stage was most serious; As the stress time continued,the content of Progradually increased significantly higher than it of control which showed that sustained lowtemperature to activate the Pro synthesis mechanism,maintained normal cellularorganization,promote intercellular material transport and resisted to low temperature damage; Thecontent of MDA and Pro was not significant different at1d in the low temperature stress comparedwith ck,but the POD activity was significant difference which showed that when faced the lowtemperature damage,POD had a higher reaction speed than Pro and MDA;⑷In the test of different concentrations of NAA induced Aglaonema root, NAA had certaininfluenced on the growth of root, the test material in8mg/L NAA concentration in roots and itsaverage was8.7, the average of root length was6.82cm, root system was long and thick,so8mg/L NAA could stimulate the growth of the root of material.When the concentration of NAAwas10mg/L,root rotted large area which showed a higher concentration of NAA could inhibit thegrowth of the root system;⑸In the test of the screening of hydroponic formula of Aglaonema, comprehensive analysisof data index could be inferred relatively better nutrient solution of Aglaonema was adjustmentformula B,foliage plant nutrient solution formula and adjustment formula C and the relativelyworse formula was the Japanese Garden test formula,the rest of the formula with each analysisrankings had not an accurate number.
