| In order to select water-cultivayed flower herbaceous and woody which suit for the climate of Hunan, this study takes Hunan’s common55kinds of herbs and35species of woody flower as material, doing hydroponics hydroponic screening and evaluation under the static water environment, determining physiological changes of herbaceous and woody flower in soil and hydroponic conditions, and doing urged root and induction experiment of orthogonal design. This study is supposed to select a batch of plants which can do hydroponic plants under static water conditions in Hunan, and to optimize a set of herbs and roots of woody flower rush and induction, the main results were as follows:(1) from Hunan common55kinds of herbs and survival rate of35species of woody flower hydroponic conditions:after half a year still hydroponics screening, according to plant growth, survival rate and root growth of the90kinds of plants can be divided into three categories, the first kind of good for growing plants,including Aloe veraã€Nephrolepis auriculataã€Peperomia tetraphyllaã€Philodenron selloum Koch〠Anthurium andraeanumã€Ananas comosus.ã€Anthurium andraeanumã€Dracaena sanderianaã€Monstera deliciosa Liebmã€Fittonia ’Flaming Fireã€S.trifasciatavar. Laurentii,ect,31species of the herbaceous flowers and12species of woody flowers including Dracaena cambodian a Pierreex Gagnep, Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, Pachira macrocarpa, Jasminum sambac, Dracaena angustifolia,ect; The second category for growing general plants, including Aglaonema sppã€Herba Monachosori Henryiã€Philodendron’con-go’ã€Dracaenaã€Philodendron’con-go’ã€Emerald Ferns〠Stromanthes anguineaã€Xanthosoma lindenii, ect,10species of the herbaceous flowers and3species of woody flowers including Dracaena reflexaã€Cordyline fruticosa〠Cuphea hookeriana Walp,ect; Looks like the third class for bad or dead plants,including Sempervivum tectorum,Zebrina pendulaã€Schumber gerabridgesii〠Kalanchoe blossfeldiana cv tom Thumbã€Peperomia ferreyraeã€A.loenobilis〠Pachystachys lute aã€Euphorbia milii,ect.14species of the herbaceous flowers and20 species of woody flowers including Taxus chinensisã€Murraya exotica L,Beaucarnea recurvata Lem.ã€Podocarpus macrophyllusã€Araucaria cunninghamii Sweetã€Camellia japonica L,Asparagus setaceus,chamaedorea elegansã€Podocarpus nagi. et Mor ex Zollã€Rhapis excelsaã€R. Chinensis,Fatsia japonicaã€Aglaia odorata Lour,ect.(2) been choosed some grow better3herb and3woody flower respectively including:Opuntia stricta, Rohdea japonicaã€S.trifasciatavar.laurentiiã€Pachira macrocarpaã€Cycas revoluta Thunbã€Schefflera octophylla, to plant soil culture and water physiological characteristics, the study found that a hydroponic environment has distinct effect on the physiological characteristics of plants. Hydroponic after Pachira macrocarpaã€Cycas revoluta Thunb and Opuntia stricta proline content were increased, the Opuntia stricta biggest increased55.02ug/g; Schefflera octophyllaã€Rohdea japonica and S.trifasciatavar.laurentii proline content decreased, the Rohdea japonica largest decreased30.37ug/g. Hydroponic conditions the MDA content of6kinds of plant have increased, the Rohdea japonica increased by22.57umol/g. Hydroponic conditions Schefflera octophylla and Rohdea japonica SOD activity increased, Schefflera octophylla biggest raised3.34μ/g; Pachira macrocarp, Cycas revoluta Thunb, S.trifasciatavar.laurentii, Opuntia stricta SOD activity were decreased, theOpuntia stricta is most obviously reduce activity3.43μ/g. Hydroponic conditions6kinds of four azole nitrogen uptake by plant roots, restore strength are enhanced, says a hydroponic conditions increasing the root activity and Rohdea japonica compared with root activity biggest change, on the contrary the Opuntia stricta minimum root activity change. Root slices after hydroponic experiment found that soil bacon system organization is very dense, hydroponic produced with parenchyma adventitious root root, after water root has developed aerenchyma.(3) the substratum, root cutting way, hormone concentration effects on herbaceous and woody flower reminders root. By orthogonal experimental design intuitive analysis for influence factors of optimum reaction levels found that Pachira macrocarpa, Cycas revoluta Thunb and Opuntia stricta optimum substrate for sand, Schefflera octophylla optimum substrate for pearlite, S.trifasciatavar.laurentii and Rohdea japonica optimum matrix as the peat soil; Pachira macrocarpa, Schefflera octophylla (Lour.) Harms and Rohdea japonica of optimum cutting root way for all cutting root; S.trifasciatavar.laurentii and Opuntia stricta optimum cutting roots for1/2,Cycas revoluta Thunb optimum cutting root for not cutting root; Pachira macrocarpa and S.trifasciatavar.laurentii the most appropriate of the hormone concentration to2000PPM, Schefflera octophylla and Opuntia stricta optimum hormone concentration to1000PPM, Rohdea japonica and Cycas revoluta Thunb optimum hormone concentration of0PPM.(4) the nutrient solution, aeration time, the influence of illumination on the induction of herbaceous and woody flower root. Also by orthogonal experimental design intuitive analysis for influence factors of optimum reaction levels found that Pachira macrocarpa and Schefflera octophylla optimum nutrient solution for water, Cycas revoluta Thunb, Rohdea japonica and S.trifasciatavar.laurentii the most suitable for hoagland nutrient solution formula, Opuntia stricta optimum nutrient solution for Japanese garden try formula; Pachira macrocarpa and Schefflera octophylla optimum aeration time0h, Cycas revoluta Thunb, Rohdea japonica and S.trifasciatavar.laurentii optimal aeration time for5h, Schefflera octophylla and Opuntia stricta aeration time was10h; Pachira macrocarpa, Cycas revoluta Thunb, Opuntia stricta, Rohdea japonica and S.trifasciatavar.laurentii optimum shading mode for shading, Schefflera octophylla optimum shading mode for shading. |
