In this paper,20 ewes of Tan sheep with similar weight,weaned and healthy were selected and randomly divided into five experimental groups,each test group four ewes of Tan sheep. Test group III diet was referenced by the NRC sheep feeding Standard and sheep farm ewe of Tan sheep feeding actual situation to carry on the preparation, The feeding level of test III group was that digestible energy was 8.03 MJ/Kg and CP 16.21%.The nutrition level of test I and II group was respectively 0.8 times and 0.9 times of testⅢgroup, but the nutrition level of test Wand V group of was respectively 1.1 times and 1.2 times of testⅢgroup. The effects of different nutrition diet on growth performance, serum biochemical index, serum reproductive hormones and the nutrient digestion and metabolism of pre-bred ewe in Tan sheep were studied by feeding experiment and digestive metabolism in order to determine appropriate requirements of DE and CP of pre-bred ewe in Tan sheep. The results are as follows:The nutrient level can significantly affect weight change (P<0.05)of pre-bred ewe in Tan sheep. The weight of group Ⅲ sheep increase up to 11.91 Kg, and the average daily gain reach 132.33g. The effects of nutrition on sheep body length, body height, chest circumference were significant (P<0.05), but were not significant (P>-0.05) on the tube circumference, high-impact cross-section. The feed intake, feed conversion ratio were affected significantly(P<0.05) by nutritional levels. The feed intake of test group IVwas up to 599.75g/d, but test group III feed conversion ratio was lowest to 4.44. The highest economic benefits was the group II, but the lowest was test group V. From the pre-bred ewes growth performance point of view, the best diets was test group Ⅲ.The levels of serum glucose, triglyceride, urea nitrogen, total protein of of pre-bred ewe in Tan sheep were increased trend with the growth of age. The effects of nutrition level on serum glucose and serum triglyceride of pre-bred ewe in Tan sheep were no significant effect (P<0.05), but on blood urea nitrogen and total protein were significantly (P> 0.05).With the growth of age, the serum progesterone and estrogen levels of pre-bred ewe in Tan sheep were increased trend. Within a certain range, the serum progesterone and estrogen levels of pre-bred ewe in Tan sheep were increased trend with the improvement of nutritional standards, but no significantly affected (P> 0.05).The effects of nutrition on DM and the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber of pre-bred ewe in Tan sheep were significant (P<0.05). The apparent digestibility of organic matter was no significant (P>0.05),but on the nitrogen digestibility, nitrogen deposition rate and apparent digestibility of energy were significantly (P<0.05).The group Ⅲ reached a maximum. From the metabolic digestion point of view, the nutrition level diet was best of group Ⅲ.In summary, the nutrition level is best of group III,namely the digestible energy is 8.03MJ/Kg, and CP is 16.21%,considering from the growth performance, blood biochemical index, serum reproductive hormones, digestion and metabolism and so on.
