Inner Mongolia grassland is one of the five major pastoral areas in China, Is also an indispensable important ecological barrier,with a high economic value and ecological value.For a long time, the unreasonable development and utilization of human lead to more than 90% of Inner Mongolia grassland area have different degree of degradation, desertification, salinization. At present, due to dry climate and grassland depletion of water resources in Inner Mongolia grassland salinization at an annual rate of 20million hm2,The effective management and restoration of "Three variation "grassland is of great significance to the ecological construction of Inner Mongolia grassland.Firstly, two kinds of salt tolerant plants(Puccinellia distans and Suaeda glauca Bunge) germination stage of saline alkaline tolerance test, To explore the different concentrations of saline alkali stress on effects of(Puccinellia distans and Suaeda glauca Bunge) seed germination, To judge of Puccinellia distans and Suaeda glauca Bunge seeds could in the severe saline alkali grassland soil seed germination. On the basis of germination test, Screening for better germination rate of Puccinellia distans experiment on Taibus flag Severe saline alkali soil improvement of treatment was applied, With.Puccinellia distans planted on the repair, by comparing the effects of these treatments on plant seedling emergence rate, plant nutrient uptake and growth, and soil salinity index, effect of different restoration measures on severly saline alkali steppe were discussed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) High concentration of NaCl and Na2CO3 had a certain inhibitory effect on seed germination, the average germination rate of Suaeda glauca Bungein NaCl solutionwas higher than that of Na2CO3 solution, So that is more suitable for planting in chloride in saline soil.Puccinellia distans can be grown in salt solution environment, and also can grow in alkaline environment. Therefore, it is more suitable for the growth of severe saline alkali grassland.is more suitable for in the severe saline alkali grassland planting.(2) Different measures to improve the emergence rate of Puccinellia distans, compared with the control to improve the 8.1%-23%, plant height increased 1-3.6cm, biomass increased 42.33-221.3g/m2, improve the Puccinellia distans plant protein and nutrient content, to promote plant absorption of NPK, Organic fertilizer,Organic fertilizer+DS processing is better.(3) Different measures to reduce the soil pH value, from 9.89 drop to 8.61,soil salt content from1.17g/kg drop to 0.28g/kg, soil alkalinity from 37.42% drop to 17.24%.Different measures combined with the restoration of the planting Puccinellia distans increase soil organic matter 1.19-19.85g/kg, increase of the content of alkali solution nitrogen 4.6-17.24 g/kg, soil available phosphorus and available potassium were lower 53.35-143.53 g/kg,0.61-3.77 g/kg.(4) Different measures in the treatment of organic fertilizer combined with planting Puccinellia distans is better,The conditioner DS 8g/small basin (2kg/m2) combined with the repair effect of the planting of Puccinellia distans.
