Dry is a main limiting factor in the develop of agricultural economy of Ningxia,and unreasonable fertilization and irrigation is universal culture pattern.Oilseed sunflower is main economy agricultural of Ningxia. So, it has the momentous current significance of slove the problem of fertilization and irrigation of oilseed sunflower. The water-fertilizer(NP) coupling field experiment for oilseed sunflower is conducted in the drought of middle ningxia under the condition of drip irrigation by "3414" and "312-D"saturation optimum design.Accumulation of N for oilseed sunflower during growing period can reach 4.5 g, mainly in the bud stage and Seedling Stagei accounted for 37.7% and 34.3% of the total cumulative amount of life; Mainly concentrated in the grain, accounted for 51.2% of the per plant Accumulation of P2O5 for oilseed sunflower during growing period can reach 5.2 g, mainly in the flowering stage and budding stage, accounted for 48.7% and 39.3% of the total cumulative amount of life; Mainly concentrated in the grain, accounted for 41.8% of the per plant. Accumulation of K2O for oilseed sunflower during growing period can reach 154.6g, mainly in the budding stage, accounted for 52.5% of the total cumulative amount of life; Mainly concentrated in the Stem, accounted for 47.4% of the per plant. Accumulation of water for oilseed sunflower during growing period can reach 202.1 g, mainly in the budding stage, accounted for 46.9% of the total cumulative amount of life.Increase of nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium fertilizer or irrigation is beneficial to increase dry weights disc diameter and disc weight heavy plate of oil sunflower.Increase the amount of nitrogen fertilizer input can increase the crude protein content, the coupling of water and fertilizer is more significant. Application of organic fertilizer can promote the synthesis of crude fat, the combination of high nitrogen and low water is not conducive to the synthesis of crude fat. Increase the amount of nitrogen-, phosphorus-. potassium fertilizer and water input can increase the oleic acid content; CK treatment has the highest linoleic acid content.The regressive maths model was set up based on the oilseed sunflower yield. Analysis showed that the effects among these factors were positive on the oilseed sunflower yield with the influenced order as water>N>P, interaction effects influenced order as N and water>NP>P and water.and P and water is negative.The optimum dosage combinations of water-fertilizer coupling:the dosage of N were 248.03kg/hm2, P2O5 were 104.06kg/hm2, K2O 60kg/hm2, irrigation is 888.05 m3/hm2. Yield reach 4918.15 kg/hm2, than local yield of oilseed sunflower increased by 29.4%.
