| In order to improve the production of cucumber, and to reduce the side-effect on cucumber growth and yield cultivation environment, this test used 4 different types of container,with JingFeng "298" and BoMei"626" as the test breeds. The study compared the summer and spring cucumber container on different aspects like, substrate temperature, humidity, root growth, physiological indexes and the cost of production. This thesis means to select suitable cultivation containers for Ningxia cucumber high-yield cultivated. The results are as follows,1.The results showed that the effect of different containers experiment on cultivation of summer cucumber:(1) Different containers has significant impact on the growth of the cucumber indexes. Using benzene plate foam box was beneficial to increase the the growth of the ground and underground parts of cucumber, the photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content were significantly increased compared with other treatments.(2) Different treatment has significant effect on the temperature and humidity of cucumber. During the whole growing period of cucumber, the temperature of the substrate is more stable, and the substrate temperature of plastic slot was more obviously with the change of air temperature. In the plastic bag, the humidity and temperature of the substrate were the highest, the air filled porosity was the lowest, with poor drainage, which inhibited the growth of the root system.(3) The content of available nutrient in the matrix of the benzene plate foam box was obviously higher than that of the other 3 treatments. Benzene plate foam box was significantly higher than the other 3 treatments of cucumber production container.The total yield was 6102.40 kg.667m-2, the production increase 16.88%,9.09%,21.62% compared with benzene plate foam box without lid, plastic slot and plastic bag.(4)A11 in all, in the summer test, benzene plate foam box production per kg cucumber compared to the other 3 container was lowest, only 0.41 and significantly increased the yield of cucumber, recommended to use.2. The results showed that the effect of different container experiment on cultivation of spring cucumber:(1) In spring test of the cucumber cultivation experiment, using plastic bag the plant height, stem diameter, root surface area, average diameter and root volume were significantly higher than the other 3 treatments, benzene plate foam box cultivation root was significantly higher than other 3 treatments, and there were significant differences between the groups.(2) There was a significant difference in different treatments of cucumber substrate temperature. The temperature of the substrate in the plastic culture bag was 18.38 degrees at 7:00, and it was beneficial to the growth of root system in early spring. The low humidity of the substrate in plastic slot was affected the formation of cucumber yield. The moisture of the plastic bag was sufficiency, and the air filled porosity in the reasonable range, which was beneficial to the root growth of cucumber.(3) The plastic bag cultivation matrix temperature and humidity conditions were advantage to the microbial number increasing. The highest total yield of cucumber in plastic bag was 5928.52 kg.667m-2, 28.26% higher than the plastic slot, the second yield was benzene plate foam box without lid,total yield was5163.43kg.667m-2.(4) All in all, in spring cucumber cultivation experiment, plastic bag increased the yield of cucumber, but the cost of per kg was highest, which not suitable to the large area used. Therefore, recommended to use the benzene plate foam box without lid with the lowest production cost.Summary of this studies,in cucumber production, benzene plate foam box worked best and its production cost were the lowest in summer cultivation,we recommend using it.In spring cultivation, the highest yield of cucumber in plastic bag, but from the point of view of production efficiency, benzene plate foam box without lid cost least,recommend in practical production. |
