Rice is China’s largest crop, over half the population live on rice.Study on trace elements contained in rice grains and functional ingredients has long been a hot spot.This experiment use high performance liquid chromatography (HPCL),190 rice germplasm resources of ningxia as materials, select γ-aminobutyric acid-rich rice germplasm resources; Analyzes the differences of germplasm γ-aminobutyric acid content and the relevance of grain γ-aminobutyric acid content and agronomic traits, grain traits; analysising the relevance of γ-aminobutyric acid and genotypes and using SSR markers were correlated analysis.The main results were as follows:1 The determination of y-aminobutyric acid content of 190 rice germplasm resources showed that the average level of y-aminobutyric acid of 190 rice germplasm resources was 5.28mg/100g, the variation range was 1.86mg/100g-12.03mg/100g.selecting the high content cultivars of the giant embryo rice, st 14, japonica rice, sorghum rice 88-1 and the low content cultivars of jing ning 2,2012-731,2012, jing ning, SD 6-2 varieties.2.The average level of y-aminobutyric acid of 119 local varieties in Ningxia was 4.49mg/100g, the variation range was 1.86mg/100g~9.75 mg/100g, the coefficient of variation was 41.20%; the average level of γ-aminobutyric acid of Introduced varieties was 6.61mg/100g, the variation range was 2.50 mg/100g~12.03 mg/100g, the coefficient of variation was29.80%.the difference of local varieties and Introduced varieties showed more obvious in ningxia the content ofγ-aminobutyric acid has relatively few.3.The correlation analysis ofγ-aminobutyric acid content of 190 rice germplasm resources in Ningxia and agronomic traits showed that the relationship of γ-aminobutyric acid in rice grain and seed setting rate was significantly negative correlation.The grain traits correlation analysis showed that the relationship of γ-aminobutyric acid and grain weight was significantly negative correlation,the relative embryo weight was significantly positive correlation,the grain length, grain width was negative correlation, but the correlation was not significant. The partial correlation analysis of Relative embryo weight and γ-aminobutyric acid content, the grain weight, aspect ratio, grain thickness, grain length, grain width showed that the relationship of the relative embryo weight and γ-aminobutyric acid content was very significantiy positive correlation.4. Using genome-wide association analysis, the correlation analysis of germplasm resources grain of γ-aminobutyric acid content and showed that in the 36 pairs of SSR primers the association of the genetic loci of RM3317 and γ-aminobutyric acid is very high on chromosome 4, P-Maker was 6.46 e-04.This tag can be used on grainγ-aminobutyric acid content for further molecular marker-assisted selection and positioning.
