This paper study on different water and fertilization treatments effects on the corn growth relative indicators; Calculation of maize water consumption by water balance method, and using the measured yield data of maize crop to analyze the relationship between water consumption, crop yield and water use efficiency; detect the soil depth in 0-60cm which correlate with the Maize Main Root depth, analyzed the changes in soil nutrient content under different water and fertilizer treatments, get the norm to give of fertilizer for local; use the data of crop relative water consumption and relative yield to analyze the crop sensitive index under different water production function, and ultimately to determine the appropriate water production function for local crop; Adopt the Dynamic programming method to solve the construct model, and optimize the irrigation system for local com. Get the conclusion as following:(1) Under different fertilized conditions, the group treated by drought at different growth stages of maize compared with the group which treated by fine irrigation, the maize data like plant height, stem diameter, leaf area index and dry matter were decreased in different level, the drought treatment on Jointing and Tasseling stage has the significantly effect on the maize growth, and compensation effect is not obviously when irrigate later, under different fertilized conditions, the maize growth data has be like the high fertilized maize>the middle fertilized maize>the low fertilized maize.(2) Corn water consumption rate increased with the time gradually increase, and in the tasseling-grain filling stage get the highest point, under different irrigation condition, the water consumption of the maize by the drought treat in different growth stage has the lowest point in current growth stage, and has some compensation effect when irrigation later, the modulus of the water consumption has increased at the highest point in the jointing-tasseling stage, consider the whole growth stage, the modulus of water consumption in the different growth stage is like the jointing> tasseling> filling> seeding.(3) Water consumption and maize yield and water use efficiency has emerged as a parabola relationship, within a certain range the grain yield, water use efficiency and water consumption was positively correlated with each other, when it exceeds a certain value the water consumption was negatively correlated. From the perspective of sensitivity to water, water use efficiency is greater than production. From the corresponding maximum water consumption, the yield is greater than the water use efficiency.(4) the research analyze the soil which depth in 0-60cm contains the nutrition like nitrogen, Potassium and Organic Matter in the maize jointing stage to mature stage, and test the nutrients variation, the drought condition has great effect on absorb the nutrient in the jointing and tasseling, results in compared with the fine irrigation group the drought group has more nutrients in the soil, and compared the nutrients in the soil between the before sowing and after reap, different fertilized level like the high, middle and lower, the middle level of fertilized are good for maize growth.(5) use the five Water Production Functions which are frequently used in this field to calculate the sensitivity to water in different growth stage. And analyze the water sensitivity data comes from the different growth stage, get the conclusion that the Jensen model is the best for model in the Mao WuSu sandy land.(6) using the Jensen model by the Dynamic programming method to optimized the irrigation norm in the Mao WuSu sandy land to planting maize.
