| Sesame cake is the residue after oil extraction, depending on the process which is divided into sesame cake and sesame meal. By collecting and analyzing different sources of sesame cake, from the process and the oil content of sesame cake to research the quality of tobacco. The method of field experiment and indoor were measured to study the yield and quality of tobacco, then judge the merits of quality sesame cake, and ultimately determine whether a certain sesame cake for growing tobacco was the best. The major results are summarized as follows:(1)To research the effect of different processes and varieties on the important ingredients of sesame cake: the process and varieties of sesame cake have an important impact on crude fat and sesamin and sesamolin. The process have a little impact on ash, the varieties have an important impact on nitrogen solubility index. Through measuring seven kinds of important components of 33 sesame cake samples, the content change and correlation of each component were analyzed. The results showed that there were different variations among the components, The coefficient of variation of sesamin and sesamolin and crude fat were bigger than other components, It was found that there were extremely significant positive correlation between crude fat and sesamin and sesamolin, an extremely significant negative correlation between crude protein and crude ash. Principal component analysis and system cluster analysis showed that: protein and crude fat were the main factors affecting the quality of sesame cake, which could instead of the original seven indicators so as to simplify the evaluation indicator system. Among the seven important contents, the comprehensive quality of No.33 was the best, followed by No.2 and No.30, while No.25 was the worst.(2)The field experiments were carried out to study the effect of different process of sesame cake on tobacco yield and quality: the treatment of application sesame cake could improve agronomic traits, yield and quality of tobacco when compared with the control(without application sesame cake).The effect of hot pressed sesame cake is the best. In comparison with the control, the yield of tobacco increased by 7.7%, the output value increased by 12.3%, sugar/nicotine ratio was 10.52:1, total N/ nicotine ratio was 0.69:1, the ratio of K/Cl was 3.8, and the chemical components were more harmonious, the aroma quality of tobacco leaf were more pure than the control group, the overall sensory score was the highest, the aroma components of tobacco were the most. Therefor, the hot pressed sesame cake fermentation prepared as tobacco organic fertilizer is better.(3)The field experiments were carried out to study the effect of different oil content of hot-pressed sesame on tobacco yield and quality: The treatment of application sesame cake could improve agronomic traits, increase yield and the quality of tobacco when compared with the control(without application sesame cake). The effect of 25% hot pressed sesame cake is the best. In comparison with the control, the yield of tobacco increased by 4.5%, the output value increased by 9.1%; the ratio of K/Cl was 5.4, and the chemical components were more harmonious. |
