| Ning county is a county of large livestock and poultry. There is a impotant significance to the county’s economic growth, the income of farmers steadily increase and the social stability for the animal husbandry sustainable and healthy development.To fully grasp the immune effect of four animal epidemic disease such as classical swine fever, swine, goat O type foot and mouth disease, newcastle disease, we have detected 1795 serum samplings from 18 towns in the county according to the superior departments in charge of animal epidemic disease detection scheme. The results showed that the four main animal antibodies qualified rates are more than stipulated by the ministry of agriculture standards except the newcastle disease, it indicates that Ning county’s major animal disease prevention and control work achieve good effect in 2015. The tests also showed that the antibody level of different scale farms are different. The animal serum antibody levels of scale farm are better than the scattered household, because the scale farms are more conducive for prevention and control to animal diseases. The results of the antibody test in different regions showed that the county’s central region of the country’s immune effect is best, but the eastern region is the worst, so it is necessary to strengthen the works of the eastern region in 2015. |
