| Peanuts are one of the important economic crops and the large agricultural products export. As the largest peanuts producer and importer, the research and development in biotechnology including peanut breeding and high-level cultivation play a magnificent role in enhancing the output as well as quality of peanuts and promoting sustainable development, peanut production mechanization is relatively backward.harvest mechanization level is less than 30 percent and low efficiency of artificial Peanut harvest in particular.not only increases the loss of harvest, but also the possible loss of principal. peanut breeding cell harvesting mechanization basically is a blank. peanut breeding area and yield per cell is small, but the number of multi-processing, multi-species and can’t be inter-cell hybrid, and artificial harvesting efficiency is very low which severely restricts peanut breeding process. picking peanuts is only solution to harvest, and the key step of peanut cell.developing a suitable cell breeding needs peanut picker is beneficial for raising the sufficiency of harvest and reducing the loss and pod damage. In addition, it could solve the problem that the mixture of variety and generation between different cells and breeds.this paper based on the status of peanut harvesting mechanization has been studied and analyzed deeply, and the features and the working principle of the existing peanut picker have been summarized as well, and a semi-feeding peanut picker with double-roller breeding testing deviceis designed and developed, and the picking performance experiment is carried out. The study results could provide necessary reference for the design of peanut breeding picker.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Experimental study on physical and mechanical characteristics of typical peanut plant. By three factors quadratic regression orthogonal experimental design on different picking parts to study the effect of various factors on pod picking rate and breaking rate, the influence order of experimental factors on the indexes is obtained.(4) Performance testing of the semi-feeding peanut picker with double-roller breeding testing device. The optimal parameters, indexes and picking distributions of different picking parts are analyzed and compared, and the optimal picking part is determined to be rectangle tooth picking parts. It’s optimal indexes under optimal parameters(picking roller rotating speed was 400r/min, the angle of picking roller was 45° and the overlap distance of picking roller was 10mm.) are:picking rate is 99.02%, and breaking rate is 0.93%. performance tests about it are carried out, the picking rate and the breaking rate of the prototype are 98.96%and 1.03%. |
