Semi-feeding peanut picking machineis a machine to separate fresh peanut fruits and seedlings. The clamping device and the picking roller device can be driven by the engine. The processed peanut fruits and seedlings can be transmitted forwards by the clamping device. When transiting the picking roller device, the peanut fruits will be shot down and the peanut seedlings will be discharged out of the machine, which reaches the purpose. In recent years,with the strong demand of the domestic market for the peanut picking machine, people’s requirement for the working condition of the peanut fruit picking machine is also increasing day by day. In the course of work, the strong vibration, high noise and other issues are urgent to be resolved. In this paper, set the 4HZB-2 semi-feeding peanut picking machine as the research object. Aiming at the strong vibration and high noise in the process of the machine, we worked out the vibration causes and damping strategiesof the semi-feeding peanut machine. The main contents were as follows:Firstly, understand the main structure, working principle and working parameters of the main components of the machine. Set up the three-dimension of the frame. Then use ANSYS simulation software to analyze the 3D model of the frame of the machine, obtain the first six order modes. Combining vibration theory with practice experience, we could ascertain the main reason that affected the vibration of the machine was the machine resonance, namely the engine rated operating frequency was close to the natural frequency of the frame.Secondly, introduce the common vibration signal analysis methods, time domain and frequency domain signal analysis. The dynamic test analysis system and DHDAS test analysis software were introduced respectively. The three main measuring points were identified: engine base, fruit picking roller frame and machine frame. The vibration signals of the three main points were tested respectively from six directions, getting the time domain and frequency domain map and acquiring the maximum of amplitude(acceleration).Thirdly, summary the theory and method of modern vibration reduction. Determine the peanut picking machine vibration reduction measures: changing the inherent characteristics of the peanut picking machine(adding stiffeners), adding the gaskets, installing the spring damper(PU), making lance, and so on. Take the peanut picking machine for experiment by the way of progressing. Add a vibration reduction measures each time, then test the machine’s vibration. To reduce the error, we tested three times in each experiment and calculated its average. Totally three controlled trials were conducted and compared the test data. Finally, the vibration acceleration of X,Y.Z directions respectively was reduced from 180.33mm/s2 to 107.64mm/s2,267.74mm/s2 to 56.69mm/s2,78.33mm/s2 to 72.19mm/s2,which reached the standard of acceptance of vibration in the process of farmer’s work. Finally, we achieved the purpose of reducing vibration of peanut picking machine.The research project of this paper was: analysis of the whole machine--frame modal analysis--defining the vibration source--study on damping mechanism--implement improvement--data analysis. Through this method, the effect of vibration reduction and noise reduction can be achieved. Finally the method was applied to the actual vibration and noise of the semi-feeding peanut picking machine, which proved its validity and feasibility. Provide a reliable research ideas and experience to solve and avoid similar vibration problems in the agricultural machinery industry in the future.
