As a large fungus used for food and medicine,Grifola frondosa not only has delicious taste,but also has good health care and medicinal value.As early as the 1940s,Japan studied the cultivation of Grifola frondosa and has now achieved factory production.However,the research on Grifola frondosa in China started late,mostly seasonal cultivation.The factory cultivation technology is still in the initial stage,and the output is far from meeting the market demand.In this study,some technological parameters(bagging process,opening method of mushroom,promoting bud technique,environmental control of mushroom production,cultivation technique of spent mushroom substrates as substitute material,etc.)were optimized in the industrial cultivation process of Grifola frondosa.The results are as follows:1.The bagging process was optimized with the bagging rate as the index.The results showed that the bagging rate of Grifola frondosa bag was 89.58%when 1200 g/bag(wet material)was packed in flat air chamber,and the filling height was 15?16cm.2.Compared with different opening modes of Grifola frondosa Gr0001+3 strain,it was found that the suitable method was to stay the mushroom ring.When the ring size was 2.3 cmx4.0 cm(high x diameter),the fruiting rate was 85.71%,the fruit body was evenly opened,the leaf was well shaped and the flower was compact.3.There was no significant difference between 12 h/d and 24 h/d in the germination period of Grifola frondosa.The rate of primordium formation was 92.31%when the bagged bag was bagged during bud promotion and the light intensity was 100 lx.4.In summer,adopting "water curtain + refrigerator" to control the temperature of mushroom room and combined with atomizer to control environmental humidity can effectively improve the quality of the fruiting body of Grifola frondosa,and fold the bag mouth upward into "U" shape,and the best effect is the opening of Grifola frondosa.Biological efficiency 27.63%.5.The cultivation of 20%?30%spent Grifola frondosa substrates with new substrates could promote the mycelium growth,shorten the cultivation cycle,and increase average biological efficiency by 10.84%.
