Pucheng osmanthus(Osmanthus fragrans ’Pucheng Dan’) has a long planting history, and it is one of the important industries in Pucheng. In order to find a optimum fertilization schemen for the growth and flowering, One-way ANOVA and orthogonal experiment methods were used to study the growth and flowering of Osmanthus with the deficient N、P、K fertilizers, trace element fertilizers and organic fertilizers. Trying to find the optimal formula of three kinds of fertilizers for its growth and flowering. The results showed that:1. The one-way ANOVA experiment about organic fertilizers shows that:when we applyed the ’XinNongFeng’ organic fertilizers 3kg per plant in August and October, chlorophyll content maintained a high level and the weight of flowers was the highest within the group.2. The highest content of soluble sugar and flowers yield.when we sprayed the 100 g trace element fertilizers and 10 g boric acid fertilizers were individually to per plant,3. The orthogonal experiment about N, P, K fertilizers showed that:The effect of K on the soluble sugar is more obvious, and P has less impact on soluble sugar indicators. Three kinds of factors for primary and secondary relations of the influence of soluble sugars indicators was:K> N> P. The yield of Osmanthus flower is the highest when we applied N 0.05 kg, P 0.3 kg, K 0.2 kg per plant in March, and applied N 0.01kg, P 0.4kg, K 0.3kg per plant in August and October.and has highest chlorophyll content, and the soluble sugar maintained a high level.,4. The orthogonal experiment about combined fertilizers shows that:the effect of N. P, K fertilizers on the chlorophyll content was more obvious. Three kinds of fertilizers for primary and secondary relations of the influence of the Osmanthus’ chlorophyll content was:N、P、K Fertilizers> Organic Fertilizers> Trace Element Fertilizers. The leading effects of the soluble sugar was N、P、K Fertilizers. Three kinds of fertilizers for primary and secondary relations of the influence of soluble sugar was:N、 P、K Fertilizers>Trace Element Fertilizers> Organic Fertilizers. The effect of organic fertilizers on the soluble protein was more obvious. Three kinds of fertilizers for primary and secondary relations of the influence of the soluble protein was:Organic Fertilizers> N、P、K Fertilizers> Trace Element Fertilizers. The chlorophyll contenting was highest, when we sprayed N0.03kg, P0.3kg, K0.3kg, Trace Element Fertilizers 150g, Boric Acid Fertilizers 6g and ’XinNongFeng’ Fertilizers 3.5kg per plant. The soluble sugars maintained a high level either. Then the weight of flowers was higher than other combined fertilizers, increase 72.77% compared with the CK.
