In order to solve the problems of growth, nutrition and health of grazing beef cattle in the process of growth, the experiment determined production performance, blood biochemical parameters and optimal supplementary feeding amount of beef cattle in different seasons. Collected the data from the database and made a software, managers can timely and accurately adjust the feed formula of beef cattle, improve body condition and achieve the goal of healthy and rapid growth of beef cattle by real-time simulation of body weight and body measurement, regular monitoring of blood biochemical parameters and quarter determination of nutrient indexes. The study was divided into three experiments.The first experiment, determination of production performance and blood biochemical parameters in fattening period of grazing beef cattle.150 healthy Simmental cattle(average weight was 280 kg) were randomly divided into 10 replicates with 15 beef cattle per replicate. Provided concentrate supplement in spring and autumn, and mineral additives in summer. Pre-trial period was 10 d, the trial period was 210 d. Measured the body weight and body measurement every single month during the fattening period, and analysis the growth curve of grazing beef cattle. Measure the herbage intake and blood biochemical parameters in spring, summer and autumn.The second experiment, study on the supplementary feeding amount in fattening period of grazing beef cattle.Selected healthy Simmental cattle in Spring, Summer and Autumn with averge body weight of 281.19 kg, 320.95 kg and 371.28 kg.(1) Determination of herbage intake of grazing beef cattle: Six healthy Simmental cattle were selected for the experiment. Pre-trial period was 10 d, the trial period was 3 d. Using acid infusible ash for the determination of herbage intake and apparent digestibility of grazing beef cattle.(2) Effects of concentrate supplementation on the fattening performance of grazing beef cattle. Seventy-five Simmental beef cattle were selected and divided into 5 groups(group A, B, C, D and E) with 15 replicates of 1 each. Th e experimental cattles grazed optionally and supplemented with 0.0, 0.8, 1.7, 2.5, 3.4 kg concentrate, respectively, according to beef cattle weight of 0.0%, 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, 1.2% in Spring, with 0, 50, 100, 150, 200 g mineral additives, respectively in Summer and with 0.0, 0.8, 1.5, 2.2 and 3.0 kg concentrate, respectively, according to beef cattle weight of 0.0%, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8% in Autumn. Pre-trial period was 15 d, the trial period was 60 d. Determine the weight of grazing beef cattle and analyze the economic benefits.(3) Effects of concentrate supplementation on the apparent dige stibility of diets in grazing beef cattle: On the fifty-seventh day of the trial period, chose four cattle to determine the apparent digestibility of diets, the trial period was 3 d.The results showed that:The first experiment, got the growth curve, requirement of nutrients and reference value of blood biochemical parameters of grazing beef cattle.The second experiment,(1) In Spring. 1) The amount of fresh herbage intake was(21.34±4.52) kg, dry matter intake was(3.97±0.76) kg and the apparent digestibility of herbage dry matter was(63.19±3.92) %. 2) When the concentrate supplementation was 2.5 kg, the daily gain of grazing beef cattle was maximum and the average daily income up to 11.22 yuan. 3) When the concentrate supplementation was 2.5 kg, the apparent digestibility of dry matter in diets was maximum and up to(73.62±3.02) %.(2) In Summer. 1) The amount of fresh herbage intake was(32.71±4.15) kg, dry matter intake was(9.41±1.56) kg and the apparent digestibility of herbage dry matter was(42.26±3.02) %. 2) When the mineral additives supplementation was 150 g, the daily gain of grazing beef cattle was maximum and the average daily income up to 23.06 yuan. 3) When the mineral additives supplementation was 150 g, the apparent digestibility of dry matter in diets was maximum and up to(65.97±3.22) %.(3) In Autumn. 1) The amount of fresh herbage intake was(24.70±3.62) kg, dry matter intake was(8.70±1.22) kg and the apparent digestibility of herbage dry matter was(40.62±4.02) %. 2) When the concentrate supplementation was 2.2 kg, the daily gain of grazing beef cattle was maximum and the average daily income up to 18.07 yuan. 3) When the concentrate supplementation was 2.2 kg, the apparent digestibility of dry matter in diets was maximum and up to(68.98±1.64) %.The third experient, produced a practical software with the form of HTML.Based on the above results, the experience established the growth curve, nutrient requirements and blood biochemical parameters model of grazing beef cattle, when the optimal supplementary feeding amount in spring was 2.5 kg, and 2.2 kg in autumn, optimal mineral additives feeding amount in summer was 150 g can get the max economic benefit. The data had collected and was made into software, so it can better guide the production. The research developed a real-time inquiries and can instant diagnosis the nutritional statues of grazing b eef cattle, and at the same time, the software is convenient and accurate, it can be modified according to the test data.
