Abstract/Summary:
This research attempted to solve the following problem: firstly , to obtain the prime nutrition level of diets that was suitable to beef cattle fattening; secondly, effects of different nutrition levels on slaughtering performance, prime cuts yield and beef quality; finally, comparing with Simmental and Angus and Charolais crossbred beef cattle fattening result .Experiment beef cattle elected Simmental( 20 cattle) and Angus (12 cattle) and Charolais (20 cattle) crossbred beef cattle of growth health. 52 crossbred beef cattles were divieded into two groups ad libitum. In each group, the average weight was almost (p>0.05), while the average age was about 10 month-old (p>0.05)), two groups were feed medium and high nutrition level of diets respectively for 240 days. The fattening trial showed that beef cattle weight and average daily gain positive correlated with diets of different nutrition level. In the earlier stage of fattening, comparing with comparison groups, average daily gain of high nutrition groups had been improved 13.6%,7.8%和7.5%. In the later stage of fattening, comparing with comparison groups, average daily gain of high nutrition groupsⅡhad been improved 21.9%. high nutrition groupsⅠ,Ⅲhadn't increase. Nutrition level affected beef cattle productive performance and carcass quality significantly. Comparing with comparison groups, indexes such as...
