Abstract/Summary:
The scale and specialization of modern agriculture mode of operation prompt agricultural land types and distribution pattern to change. "High input, high output and high efficiency" as the representative feature amenities of facility agricultural land gradually attracted people’s attention.So, how to coordinate the relationship between the scales,spatial locations,the service levels andregional agricultural development is the key to the further development of agricultural modernization.Sanjiang Plain as an significant commodity grain area and far ming area,which have a higher degree of modernization of agriculture and rural areas,with two kinds of land reclamation system,the city of Fujin as a typical regional of Sanjiang Plain, the development of agricultural and reclamation areas of facility agricultural land showed significant differences,therefore,accurate identification of different types of and distribution of facility agricultural land,formulate a reasonable scientific optimization measures,has a positive effect in promoting the rapid and efficient development of facility agricultural land and achieving optimal configuration of land resources.In this paper,taking Fujin as the research area,selecting remote sensing images of “High-resolution 1”and land use data in 2013 as the data resource,acquire the facility agricultural data.Using the nearest neighbor distance method, the Voronoi to analyze the quantities, scales, structures of facility agricultural land of agricultural and reclamation areas,on the basis of the level of service of the seedlings shed, storage, drying field major facility agricultural land,in the scope of services, land size, location, etc.as constraints,design optimal distribution program of the facility agricultural land,combined the problems of facility agricultural land dev elopment process, giving proposed safeguard measures.The contents and conclusions are as follows.(1)From the quantities and structure of facility agricultural land in Fujin,larger size take a smaller proportion of facility agricultural land.Seedlings shelf space,warehouse space and drying field taking a large advantage in the quantity,size and structure account aspects.The average scale of facility agricultural land is 2.84hm2 in reclamation,micro and small facility agricultural land accounting for 94.80% of the total areas, the average size of facility agricultural land is 1.4hm2 in agricultural areas,full of the micro and small facility agricultural land,not conducive to scale development of facility agricultural land.(2) In terms of the whole space distribution in Fujin, the spatial distribution of the facility farmland belongs to aggregated distribution,and regional conditions are generally good.facility agricultural land is mainly concentrated in the reclamation area,but individual towns facility agricultural land is distributed more random in rural areas.in aspects of distance between the roads and differences of facility agricultural,facility agricultural land construction sites mostly from the road within 2000 m range,in line with the basic facility of agricultural geographical location conditions.(3) For the main facility agricultural land service level,facility agricultural land for various types of facility and services in reclamation were significantly higher than agricultural areas, but has not yet reached the best overall service standards.Currently seedling shed land service efficiency is 24.82% in reclamation,however,service efficiency is 5.76% in agricultural areas.the service levels of warehouse land higher than rural areas.the service of d rying field at a higer level in Reclamation,reached 98.00 percent,basically meet the Agricultural production use,however the service efficiency is only 3.33% in agricultural areas,far below the required drying of agricultural production.(4)The spatial distribution of facility farmland have significant differences in reclamation and agricultural areas.showing three main problems.First,the number of facility agricultural land in small,the scale is ancillary in rural areas, which will lead to the backward agr icultural production, and not conducive to scale development of agricultural facility.The second is the overall spatial distribution unreasonable, which causes a serious imbalance for agricultural development in the region,is hinder for conformitied development of district economy.Third, the service of facility agricultural land is poor in agricultural areas,which mechanization level lagged behind the reclamation area, lack of agricultural infrastructure construction subsidiary, is not conducive to enhance the quality of life level in agricultural area.(5)By analyzing the main problems of seedling shed, warehouses and other facility spatial distribution in reclamation areas,combined various types of the agricultural land with the best service radius and road data,Propose aoptimization and security measures.decside to consider of disposing,merging process a total area of less than 0.5hm2 mini seedling shed,reduce 27 seedling shed,involving an area8.77hm2,reduce the number of polygons warehouse total of 45,th e total area involved 22.47hm2.According to the best level of service, we designed to increase 32800 hm2 seedling shed in reclamation,35600 hm2 warehouse land,0.04hm~2 dry field.
