Since being introduced in China, eucalyptus cash crops has now beco me the focus of the southern region of China. But bring economic benefit of eucalyptus and its ecological environmental pollution can not be ignor ed. The nitrogen fixation of nitrogen-fixing bacteria such as eucalyptus is not self-fertilization of nitrogen-fixing crops is a blessing.In order to explo re the effect of nitrogen-fixing bacteria on growth and soil nutrient eleme nts in eucalyptus,find the most suitable for the concentration of nitrogen-fi xing bacteria fertilizer for eucalyptus planting, so as to ensure the sustain able development of Eucalypt planting economic and ecological benefits, g uarantee the stability of the soil nutrients needed to grow,Eucalyptus gran dis×Eucalyptus urophylla of this experiment to experiment,seedlings of the woodland period was 1%-7% the content of nitrogen-fixing bacteria cope with eucalyptus fertilizer application that groups Al, A3, A5, A7; not in cluding the eucalyptus fertilizer application of nitrogen-fixing bacteria were used as control CK1, CK2.After two years growing season, the following indicators will be used to determine:Tree height and diameter at breast height, single timber volume,Soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total phos phorus, total potassium, Soil available nitrogen, soil phosphorus, soil avail able potassium,Soil urease, Invertase, catalase in soil,Blade total nitrogen, total phosphorus, potassium leaves,Litter litter in the litter of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, kalium. Data analysis and multiple comparisons draws t he following conclusions:Nitrogen-fixing bacteria may promote the growth of giant eucalyptus u rophylla,5% fertilization treatments the best, individual tree volume upper, middle and downhill respectively for the 78.59m3,80.01m3,87.99m3; 3% of the content of nitrogen-fixing bacteria fertilizer helps to improve the ace umulation of soil nutrients, soil nitrogen, upper, middle and downhill respect ively for the 1.26g·kg-1,1.34g·kg-1,1.47g·kg-1; Nitrogen, upper, middle and downhill respectively for the 108.56 mg·kg-1,110.79mg·kg-1,113.91 mg·kg-1; Total phosphorus upper, middle and downhill respectively for the 0.54g·kg-1 0.54g·kg-1,0.63g·kg-1, Available phosphorus, upper, middle and downhill r espectively for the 8.93mg·kg-1,9.13mg·kg-1,9.69mg·kg-1, Total potassium, upper, middle and downhill respectively for the 10.94g·kg-1,11.71g·kg-1,14. 13g·kg-1; Available potassium, upper, middle and downhill respectively fo r the 0.2 g·kg-1,0.22 g·kg-1,0.25g·kg-1; soil organic matter, upper, middl e and downhill respectively for the 41.6g·kg-1,44.65g·kg-1,45g·kg-1; 3% pr ocessing, more suitable for catalyzed by urease, upper, middle and downhil 1 respectively for the 0.088 mg·g-1,0.092mg·g-1,0.137mg·g-1; 5% process-ing, more suitable for catalyzed by sucrose,upper, middle and downhill res pectively for the 12.85mg·g-1,12.98mg·g-1,13.29mg·g-1,1% processing, mo re suitable for catalyzed by sucrose, upper, middle and downhill respective 1y for the 1.297ml·g-1,1.569ml·g-1,1.758ml·g-1; 1% processing, more suitab le for eucalyptus on nitrogen absorption. Nitrogen-fixing bacteria on potas sium accumulation of litter did not significantly affect.7 %treatment of li tter nitrogen accumulation well.5% treatment on total phosphorus accumu lation of litter is better.
