In order to explore the growth of Eucalyptus by the Azotobacter,in this study,Purified the fixing bacteria of the4Y41,421R, Luo2, Mao3,Short7,etc.from the Podocarpus macrophyllus and the Podocarpus imbricatus in the early days. Using root dip inoculation method and spray vaccination to the Eucalyptus grandis×Eucalyptus urophylla(GL9) for tissue culture seedlings in nursery trials, and selected4Y41, Luo2, Mao3,short7,etc.inoculated seedlings for reforestation experiment. By randomized block design with three replications.Each treatment was measured height, diameter, biomass, chlorophyll content and nitrate reductase activity and other growth indicators two months later. Determination of forest tree height, diameter and volume calculations plant trees,stand volume after two years. Analyze them separately assessed, comparing different strains of different inoculation methods of the promoting effects on the Eucalyptus grandis X Eucalyptus urophylla(GL9). The results showed that inoculation Azotobacter can make the Eucalyptus grandis X Eucalyptus urophylla(GL9) of seedlings and trees have different degrees of growth indices of growth, experimental treatments are better than blank control, as follows:(1) Baptist roots inoculated Azotobacter to the control seedlings grow:height8.29~56.22%, diameter3.57~46.43, seedling biomass of7.37~158.76%, chlorophyll content11.53~20.98%, nitrate reductase activity17.91~53.20. Comprehensive comparison of each indicator, Short7strains is better, height, diameter, biomass, chlorophyll content and nitrate reductase activity were increased by56.22%,46.43%,158.76%,20.98%and35.22%.(2) Spray method inoculated Azotobacter to the control seedlings grow:height6.01 40.78%, diameter8.14~39.41%, seedling biomass9.28~72.11%, chlorophyll content2.90~24.13%, nitrate reductase activity10.96~52.18%. The comparison of results, the Short7strains performed better, height, diameter, biomass, chlorophyll content and nitrate reductase activity were increased by40.78%,39.41%,72.11%,12.97%and33.82%.(3) Overall, the nitrogen-fixing root dip inoculated seedlings grow better than the spray method.(4) With the root dip inoculated by the4Y41, Luo2, Mao3and Short7strains, the planting after2-year-old trees, height growth was increased by1.41to5.10%; diameter growth increased from0to3.41%; plant timber volume increased from1.80to10.25%; stock volume increased1.8-10.23%.
