Currently the eucalyptus fertilization has become a common phenomenon of eucalyptus forestry, but mainly focused on organic fertilizer, The effect of the fertilizer is also less effective.Not only the nutrient utilization rate of Organic fertilizer is low, and cause environmental pollution. Last research shows that the nitrogen-fixing bacteria in the atmosphere can not be directly used for transformation of plant nitrogen to ammonia gas plants, which can be directly used by increasing the supply of plant nutrients nitrogen, so as to achieve the effect of promoting plant growth, which has been in agriculture applications, the use of fewer forestry Secondly, the current study are all first -generation solid eucalyptus forest, and forest fertilization research on embryonic domestic system has not been reported. Therefore, two tests were does in this paper by the method of randomized block design, which based on conventional eucalyptus special fertilizer-Liyuan Bao fertilizer: ①Eucalyptus fertilize test of complex azotobacter fertilizer of different bacterium contain, and 〦ucalyptus fertilize test of complex azotobacter fertilizer of different N、P、K contain. The results showed that:(1) Add azotobacter fertilizer could promote the growth of eucalyptus tree height, diameter at breast height, crown; Nitrogen fixation bacterial manure can promote the eucalyptus absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other nutrients.10% of the amount of bacteria fertilizer in the promotion of eucalyptus tree height, canopy, DBH and volume advantages, more obvious than 15% bacteria content in the fertilizer,10% of microbial fertilizer is more suitable for eucalyptus growth of azotobacter fertilizer bacteria content formula.(2) The composite of different levels of nitrogen-fixing bacteria fertilizer nutrients on juvenile Eucalyptus height, diameter, crown length and tree volume growth than that of CK-free nitrogen-fixing bacteria can promote different degrees; After 12 months Young leaves of eucalyptus total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total potassium content than CK has increased substantially, but the difference was not significant; The same of bacterial content, the different of NPK content whose two different compound fertilizer on nitrogen-fixing bacteria have a certain growth of young eucalyptus impact, but the difference was not significant.Further, the test also showed that the preparation of complex azotobacter fertilizer exhibits simple Azotobacter microorganisms do not usually have a organic fertilizer, and can reduce the use of inorganic fertilizers in some extent. Therefore, there is important practical significance apped of complex azotobacter fertilizer in eucalyptus production.
