The coccidial infection status of dairy goats in a goat farm of Yangling was investigated, and the Eimeria species were identified using Stool’s method, fecal floatation method and oocyst culture method in the study. The results showed that there are 12 Eimeria species in the goats. They are E. parva, E. alijevi, E. arloingi, E. granulosa, E. faurei, E. caprovina, E.caprina, E. crandallis, E. apsheronica, E. christenseni, E. ahsata and E. intricata. According to the morphological characteristics of Eimeria oocysts and the principal points of identification under microscope, the tablesearch was established. The average infection rate in goats is 95.2%, the infective rate in lambs is 100%. The average infection intensity is 1086 oocysts per gramme feces(OPG). In addition, it was found that there were many goats infected with more than one(2-6) Eimeria species. More than 60% lambs were severely infected, and the infective intensity was high over 1000 OPG.
