Aiming to low level of peanut harvester, bad adaptability of combine and the existing peanut harvester can not apply to test field, this paper analysis the structure and adaptation of peanut harvester used for two stage harvest and test field, combine with National Science Foundation "Study on Research on the dynamic damage mechanism of full-feed peanut picking and the low damage peanut pick device" (project number:51575367) and the specialized research fund for the doctoral program of higher education project "Peanut picking combine core institutions working mechanism and key technology" (project number: 20122103110009), focuses on clod cleaner and conveyer. The Key component structure and parameter of small-scale shove-roller peanut harvester was confirmed, also experiment in farmland was did. This paper have referenced value to peanut harvester used for breeding of plot in China.By research on the character of peanut plant during harvesting time, the parameter about height width of bear fruit depth of bear fruit crown projection area of peanut plant route diameter during harvesting time were got, which inform the design of small scale shove-roller type peanut harvester; study on the variation of CM location and mass of plant before and after clod cleaning, the conclusion that the CM position of plant is near the intersection between root and stem during harvesting time was obtain.By means of analysis on the principle of clod cleaning and conveying device in existence, master the merit and demerit of clod cleaner in existence, a wheeled clod cleaner and conveyer in a small-scaled peanut harvester was designed for test field, and propose a principle that combine clod cleaning and conveying, the parameters of main parts can be confirmed on the basis of the plant characteristic, agronomic characters of peanut and previous research results. By kinematic and force analysis on key units, and kinetic equation was obtain to validate the feasibility of clod cleaner and conveyer.The prototypes was manufactured and tested in experimental field, including single factor experiment and regressive rotation design, the test factor is forward speed, sprocket Ⅰ speed, elevator angle. By studying the effect of various factors on soil content rate and pods dropped rate, the influence order of experimental factors on the indexes is obtained, namely: sprocket Ⅰ speed> forward speed> elevator angle, also, by regressive analysis and response surface analysis, optimal cylinder under optimal parameters (forward speed:1.03m/s, sprocket Ⅰ speed:120r/min, elevator angle:35°) was got, they are2.35% of pods dropped rate and 0.86% soil content rate. It conforms to the peanut harvester work quality specification.On the basis of experimental analysis, the prototypes was improved and optimized, and further proven experiment was carried out. The research method and results in this paper have referenced value to peanut harvester development.
