| Oil sunflower is one of the important oil crops in China and has high economic benefits.With the development of oil sunflower industry,the level of mechanized harvesting is improving,and the segmented harvesting of oil sunflower seeds was gradually replaced by combined harvesting.The existing domestic oil sunflower combine harvester scavenging device had the problems of high impurity rate and high loss rate of oil sunflower seeds,which was difficult to meet the actual harvesting requirements.In this paper,we study the material characteristics of oil sunflower extracts material grown in Xinjiang of China,develop a cleaning device suitable for oil sunflower combine harvester,and conduct theoretical analysis,simulation verification and test verification of its key components.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The mass ratios of the components and the material properties of oil sunflower extracts from rapeseed were measured.The main components of the oil sunflower extracts(85.6% sunflower seeds,6.7%crushed sunflower discs,4.9% crushed stems,2.8% crushed leaves and light residues)were measured,as well as shape and size,moisture content,static friction coefficient,suspension velocity and collision recovery coefficient.Material properties such as shape and size,moisture content,static friction coefficient,suspension velocity and collision recovery coefficient were also measured.(2)Based on the material characteristics of each component of the oil sunflower extracts,a sorting device based on 4LZK-2.5Z oil sunflower combine harvester was designed.The kinematic analysis of the vibrating screen was carried out to determine the main structural parameters,and the kinematic simulation was verified by ADAMS software.According to the difference of suspension speed of each component of oil sunflower extracts,the selection and design of the fan used in the cleaning device were carried out.According to the falling quality of oilseed sunflower,the structural parameters of the grain transporting churn were determined.(3)The field test of oil sunflower combine harvester cleaning device was conducted.The optimal range of the main operating parameters was obtained through single-factor test,taking the trash rate and loss rate of oil sunflower seeds as the test index: fan speed 1100~1300r/min,vibration frequency range 3~5Hz,and diverter plate tilt angle 20~40°.Based on the results of single-factor test,response surface test was designed to obtain the optimal combination of working parameters of the cleaning device,and verification test was conducted.The results showed that the working parameters of the oil sunflower cleaning device had the following effects on the trash rate: fan speed>vibration frequency>diverter plate tilt angle;the effect on the loss rate of oilseed sunflower seeds: fan speed>diverter plate tilt angle>vibration frequency.When the fan speed is 1200r/min,the vibration frequency is 4Hz,and diverter plate tilt angle is 27°,the average impurity rate of oil sunflower seeds is 4.25%,and the average loss rate is 1.82%,which meet requirements of oil sunflower cleaning standard. |
