The Diagnosis Analysis And Measures Configuration Of Zhangshanying Eco-clean Small Watershed

The scarcity of water resources has been a big problem for periods in China, as per capita possession of water resources of Chinese is far less than the world’s average, and China is one of the most serious soil erosion countries in the world. These problems seriously hinder the development of ecological environment and economic construction in China As China is vigorously carry out the socialist new countryside construction, the protection of soil and water resources and enhancing the quality of rural living environment are becoming top priority.With the practice of the soil and water conservation workers in the past many years, the application of small watershed as a unit to protect soil and water resources has achieved gratifying achievements.Mountain areas of Beijing is the main source of water conservation and water supply and also the first green ecological barrier of the city. With the rapid urban development and continued population growth of Beijing, construction of clean small watershed in mountainous area is becoming top priority.This paper takes Beijing yanqing county Zhang Shanying small watershed as an example. First I take the information literature data collection and field investigation and laboratory analysis method to better known the situation of watershed natural and social economy, land use, water, living environment, river channel and water loss and soil erosion in Zhang Shanying. Using Arcgis, AutoCAD and other software for data processing and analysis, I diagnose the situation of watershed flood security, water resources, land resources, environment, water loss and soil erosion prevention and control Sociol economic development and watershed management in Zhang Shanying. Recognize some outstanding problems about the small watershed in the ecological environment, economic development, and living environment. According to the plan targets, fistly, I divide the area in ecological restoration zone, ecological management zone, ecological protection zone.Secondly, I come up with the program of clean small watershed control measures in different areas. I take the blockading administration measure in ecological restoration zone. For the ecological management zone, the main appropriate action I taken for the village is to improve the living environment and regional economic development. For the ecological protection zone the main action we taken is focused on the channel flood safety and Cai River ecological environment protection and measures to improve the configuration related; at the same time I put forward small watershed management measures to ensure the strict implementation of the small watershed comprehensive control measures.Finally I evaluate the benefit of ecologic, economic and social environment, and complete the clean small watershed construction program of Zhang Shanying.
