| The middle-quality rice variety Shennong 265 and high-quality rice variety Fengjinare used as material to study the diversity effects of different nutrient conditions on milling quality, appearance quality andcooking quality of rice,and preliminarily explore the relationship between the protein content, protein component and eating quality with RVA° characteristic spectrum under different nutrient conditions.According to plot experiment for randomized block to choose bio-organic fertilizer (N:2.25%, P:1.73%K:1.02%) and inorganic nitrogen fertilizer (urea) as different nitrogen treatment. The biological organic sets three fertilization levels respectively 7995kg/hm2,10005kg/hm2 and 12000kg/hm2. The content of pure N was 180kg (Y1),225kg (Y2) and 270kg (Y3) in turn, the basic tiller and panicle fertilizer nitrogen content application rate is 7:3. The inorganic nitrogen sets two fertilization levels respectively 180kg/hm2(N1) and 270kg/hm2(N2) and each level of fertilizationsets three treatmentsof basic tiller and panicle fertilizer nitrogen content application rate, respectively F1(5:5).F2(7:3) andF3(9:1).The phosphorus and potassium fertilizer application according to N:P2O5:K2O= 2:1.1.The conclusions are following:1.Compared with inorganic fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer can improve the appearance quality, the nutritional quality and eating and cooking quality of rice. It is more sensitive for the high-quality rice variety Fengjin, and with the increasing of the amount of organic fertilizer, the indexes of rice quality are improved, but the difference is not significant.For the middle-quality rice variety Shennong 265, through appropriate increasing fertilization of inorganic nitrogen to improve its milling quality.2.With the increasing of nitrogen fertilizer,rice milling quality,and the relevance of nutritional quality and cooking with eating quality are improved.In inorganic nitrogen treatment,for the middle-quality rice variety Shennong 265,the milling quality improved,and the difference was significant.The quality of Shennong 265 is best when the amount of. nitrogen is at 180kg/hm2.For the high-quality rice variety Fengjin,the appearance quality decreased with the amount of inorganic nitrogen increased,but the difference is not significant.while the milling quality improved.In organic treatment,the appearance quality of Shennong 265 and Fengjin improved with the increasing of bio-roganic fertilizer, but the difference is not significant, and the milling quality decreased. The quality of rice is best when the amount of pure nitrogen in the bio-organic fertilizer was 270kg/hm2.3.The rice milling quality,and the relevance of nutritional quality and cooking with eating quality has improved, with the late application of nitrogen ratio increased. For the middle-quality rice variety Shennong 265, when the ratio of basic tiller and panicle fertilizer is 7:3 which is conducive to improve the nutritional quality and eating quality. For the high-quality rice variety Fengjin,along with the early application of nitrogen ratio increased is conducive to enhance the milling quality and appearance quality of rice,when the ratio of basic tiller and panicle fertilizer is 7:3 which nutritional quality and eating quality.4.The effects of different fertilizers on the nutritional quality and cooking quality of rice is different.In inorganic nitrogen treatment, the correlation size between protein content or protein component and taste value has decreased with the increasing of nitrogen. In organic treatment, the correlation size between protein content or protein component and taste value has increased with the increasing of nitrogen.So, the inorganic nitrogen fertilizer can improve the nutritional quality while reduce the eating quality. The bio-organic fertilizer can improve the nutritional quality and the eating quality. |
