Lactarius delicious,also known as pine mushroom,belong to Basidiomycota, Agarieales Amon, Toadstool classes, subclasses agaric, russulales, Russulaceae,a large fungus, through building mycorrhiza connection with tsugae、masson pine and tsuga.Studies have shown that Laclarius deliciosus having a double edible and medicinal value,a helpful edible varieties to human health-However, at present its origin mainly depends on artificial field picking at fruiting festival and few studies on cultivated.The current China’s agriculture development at a rapid level, at the same time a large number of straw burning brings about serious environmental pollution problems.In this study, N+ion injects Laclarius deliciosus,by measuring the mycelial bio mass and conventional ingredients of each mycelium,in order to screen out high mycelial biomass and high comprehensive nutritional value mutant strain;through the screening of culture medium and the conditions of the mushroom to provide certain theoretical basis for pine cream mushroom cultivation research.The results are as follows:1.Through the L9 (34) design of experiment to screen out the optimal mother kind of culture medium formula for Laclarius deliciosus:glucose 25 g/L+yeast 3 g/L+KH2 PO 43 g/L+potato 200 g/L+agar 20g/L.2.By nitrogen ion beam injection Laclarius deliciosus strains found mutation strains survival rate after the first reduce with the increase of irradiation dose performance similar to a "saddle type" of increase and decrease of the curve.The growth rate of mutant strain Ld-135 is 1.152 cm/d,the fastest in the strains on mother culture media.3. The results show liquid fermentation biomass of mutant strain Ld-135 is 1.24g/100mL significantly higher than 1.02g/100mL of Ld-CK at the same higher than other mutant strains. The intracellular polysaccharide of mutant strain Ld-135 and mutant strain Ld-180 respectively are 1.27% and 1.06% higher than Ld-CK;The crude protein content of mutant strain Ld-135 is 26.13% significantly higher than 23.47% of Ld-CK;The fat content of mutant strain Ld-135 is 4.23% significantly lower than Ld-CK;The crude fiber content of mutant strain Ld-90、Ld-135 and Ld-180 respectively are 10.25%、10.14 %and 10.62% higher than Ld-CK;The ash content of mutant strain Ld-135 is the one there was no significant change words compared with Ld-CK.4. The fastest growth rate of mycelial in different cultivars media formulations is: 46%cotton seed hulls+10% pine sawdust+30%corn cob+10%wheat bran+4%soil pine.At the same time mycelium covered with bags requires an average time is 46 days.5. Fruiting test simultaneously run at lactarius original(Anhui Huoqiu) and Mushroom room (Anhui University) however they had no effect.
