Since the reform and opening up, China’s cotton industry in Xinjiang from the planting area to yield hasbeen greatly improved, plastic film mulching cultivation technology is accompanied by the development ofcotton industry in Xinjiang has been in use ever since. Plastic film mulching method in soil and waterconservation to the growth of cotton. But the long-term accumulation of film damage the soil structure, whichaffects the root growth of cotton. Domestic and foreign has designed a residual film recycling machine in butthe actual effect is not very good.Firstly, in the careful analysis of the status of domestic and foreign screening machine based on the use ofsingle crank and connecting rod mechanism, principle, and detailed design parameters of the device structureand its movement. Finally got the single crank and connecting rod mechanism of soil vibration sieve residueof membrane separation. But after the commissioning of prototype and analyzed the vibration of the rotatingof too big to meet the test needs, and then use the vibration of double crank and connecting rod mechanism tocomplete the test sieve. On the premise of fully prepared for the test, using orthogonal test of amplitude, speed,and the humidity of the soil in the experiment of sieving rate and the results of the screening effect analysis ofvisual analysis method. In order to get the relationship between the screening rate and degree of test schemeof the best screening efficiency and the result of various factors. The multi index comprehensive analysis ondevice performance, the device performance is the optimal scheme is obtained.Through the above work to complete the final optimum scheme sieving rate: amplitude of60mm, speed200r/min, the humidity is14%. The optimal scheme of screening efficiency for amplitude of70mm, speed300r/min, humidity14%. The comprehensive analysis of the optimal solution for the amplitude of the60mmdevice performance, speed of200r/min, the humidity is14%.
