This study takes rice as the research object, by indoor greenhouse experiment, prepared the different rice seedling substrate on seedling tray. Experiments were set up seven treatments of different substrates, randomized block experiment, study the effect of organic materials with biochar on rice seedling substrate physicochemical nature, seedling nursery in the process of nutrient content changes, the effect of rice seedling growth and nutrient accumulation of organic materials with biochar.The effect on the physicochemical properties of rice seedling substrate of organic materials with biochar. The maximum water holding capacity is significant difference with contrast of all treatments, the treament of HC is highest. After adding biochar, the maximum water holding capacity of the substance increases. The bulk density were significantly different with contrast of all treatments, The new substances density are decreasing, the treatments of J, D, H are significant and the bulk density of HC is minimum of biochar mixed organic materials. After adding the biochar, the bulk density of each substrate is reduced compared with contrast and not significant difference, treatment of HC is the smallest. pH of new substrates gradually increased, but all processed PH in the suitable growth range of rice.Effects of organic materials with biochar on rice seedlings. Plant height in different treatments HC>JC>DC, The plant height of the biochar was higher than without biochar. Different substance for growth of seedling SPAD value have no significant difference. The maximum root length of JC was maximum, But the average root number is less. Treatment HC has more average number of root and most plumpness, which is more suitable for rice seedling.Effect of organic material with biochar on substrates of nutrient content. The alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen content showed a decreasing trend with the simple time, alkali content of nitrogen in the late seedling period is J>HC>DC, And the nitrogen content of each treatment can meet the plant growth The content of available phosphorus in each treatment was increased during the sampling period, the available phosphorus content of J has been at a high level, but in the whole, the content of phosphorus is decreased. The content of potassium in the matrix showed little overall change in Seedling Stage.The test results show that, HC is best substrate, the substrate is composed of crushed corn straw, crushed rice husk, organic manure, peat, zeolite, fine sand, powder in different proportions. The p H buffer capacity is stronger, the physicochemical properties better, Comparison of rice seedlings with the strong matrix and enrich to a greater Plumpness, can achieve the standard oftransplanting, rice seedlings is strong of rice seedling substrate, and can achieve machine in seedling standard. When cold, the substrate have stronger ability of co ld resistance, can ensure the normal growth of rice seedling to seedling death, dead root.
