The straw pushing device whose form of the crank connecting rod mechanism is determined by the "D" shape track, transport the straw material in a intermittent transmission way. This machine can adjust its transportation rate by variable-speed motor and adjustment of the effective length of acupuncture. The Straw Transporter is used to serve the Straw Compession Unite. It relieves the inconvenience of traditional transporter with conveyor belt, shortens the distance of transfer, reduces the quantity of labor force and lightens the labor intensity. We conpared the merit and demerit of four transmission plan including beat the dragon type transmission scheme, hook conveyer belt orthogonal loading plan, telescopic orthogonal loading plan, straw pushing plan. After analysis we chose the straw pushing plan using a link mechanism. We builded the theoretical model, operated simulated analysis; After that we completed the product drawing, builded the 3D model by PROE, performed virtual assembly and interference analysis; At last, we manufactured the experimental prototype, puted up the testbed, reached the transport property of the machine. The completed work and achieved results are generalized as follows:1. We designed four type of straw transport plan based on continuous and intermittence transport and builded the 3D model with PROE. Then, we performed the motion simulation and proved the feasibility of its movement. We chose the best one after compared the four type of transport plan.2. On the base of straw pushing plan, this artical introduced the theory of straw pushing, then builded the kinematics parameter model including the displacement equation, the velocity equation, and the acceleration equation to offer the theoretical foundation for the latter simulated analysis.3. This paper stated the purpose of kinetic analysis, introduced Alembert Principle, set the assumption for the condition of kinetic, established dynamic analysis model.4. Established the model of the mechanism using ADAMS, carry out the kinematics simulation and dynamics simulation, drew relevant curves. We can analysis the possibility for the mechanism to run and the variation of Speed, acceleration and stress, through the curve. Laid a solid foundation for the latter mechanism design.5. Calculated the work frequency and the power of the motor; Calculated and designed the shaft, then designed the keyparts; Builded the 3D model by PROE and completed the assembly model; Performed the analysis for movement function and intrusiveness.6. Builded the straw pushing device test rig, verify the "D" glyph trajectory, studied how the frequency of push and consumed power changes with the associated parameters. This research laid the fundation for getting the eventually parameters of the straw pushing device, offered the theoretical basis and technical support for mass production of the stalk push mechanism. It is significant for improving the efficiency of straw delivery and reducing artificial homework.
