Abstract/Summary:
No tillage sowing is an important conservation tillage technique.It has been widely used and popularized in China because of its improvement of ecological environment.No tillage planter is a kind of important no tillage machine,its performance will directly affect the quality of no tillage planter.However,the existing planter are all basic uses of the work mode of stubble breaking ditching,sowing,fertilization,and soil covering press.Its main disadvantage is that the large earth disturbance,complex structure,equipment required for large power tractor and need to address the problem of blocking equipment.According to the disadvantages of existing planter and its work mode,we puts forward the idea of using in-line no tillage sowing,the key parts of this paper is the design and research of the in-line device of no tillage precision seeder on-demand,the concrete research work is as follows:1)In this paper,the design of the in-line no tillage precision seeding device is carried out,and determined the device using the crank rocker mechanism;simplified offset crank roll block mechanism,to get the two-dimensional structure diagram.Building mathematical modeling of this device,the kinematics equation of the rod was programmed;through the software of MATLAB to build a simple model and the running track is obtained,a simple crank rocker mechanism model is built and its motion trajectory is obtained in laboratory,to analysis the two locus diagram,concluded that the trajectory of movement similar,so as to verify the correctness of the mathematical model.2)According to the requirements of in-line no tillage sowing technology,determine the desired trajectory.By designing the orthogonal test and using the MATLAB software,get the optimal parameters of the device: crank connecting rod slider is 150 mm,the slider link rod is 40 mm,frame is 220 mm,crank offset distance at 100 mm,and the length of the extension of the guide tube is 300 mm,after the optimization trajectory on-demand of device as much as possible to approximate the ideal trajectory.Using the optimized parameters to modeling and motion simulation in ADAMS software,get the main motion parameters for sowing angle is 93 degrees,the speed valve of the crank rocker mechanism tube bottom is V =40.1531mm/s,traction speed is 6km/h,crank speed of 380 degrees per second,soil disturbance 10 mm,sowing depth 60 mm,the spacing between the two seed points 1600 mm.3)The integrated design of seeding device,to make the row spacing to meet the agronomic requirements,at the same time improving the traction speed of the tractor,and improving seeding efficiency;Simulation by MATLAB software,get the important motion parameters on the planting spacing of integrated device,including the seeding planting distance is 40 cm,the rotational speed of the crank is 95 degrees per second,rowledge can be freely adjusted,to achieve the target.4)To design and build multi size adjustable test platform,set the parameters according to the size of optimization and parallel combination requirements.Draw the conclusion by carry out test: the sowing depth 56 mm,row spacing 35 cm,soil disturbance 38 mm,sowing angle of 95 degrees,soil disturbance rate was 8.6%,the results are consistent with numerical simulation,in the tolerance allowable range,can reach no tillage sowing agronomic.
