Mycena can provide nutrition sources for Gastrodia elata seed to germinated. The sexual reproduction has been widely applied to the production of Gastrodia elata, greatly improving the production of Gastrodia elata. The type of Mycena will directly affect the output of Gastrodia elata. Mycena are named relatively mixed in the market. And there is no related research and reports for relationships of Mycena. This experiment was conducted to study the Mycena by morphological characteristics, genetic characteristics and cultivation of Gastrodia elata. The results are as follows:1. Combined with rivalry, esterase isozyme test and ITS analysis to study the affinity and diversity between Mycena. The result shows that all the strains are in the same branch, close relatives. Among them, The genetic relationship of HZ-2 and HZ-5 and the standard strain Mycena purpureofusca is relatively close, the similarity is 99%. HZ-4 and standard strain Mycena sp. are very close, the similarity reached 99%.2. Through the observation to the morphological characteristics of Mycena and Gastrodia elata seed germination rate and the output of Gastrodia elata to select the good strains of Mycena. The results shows that the HZ-17 and HZ-6 are good strains. Their hype are white and thicker. The germination rate are 57.46% and 40.19%. Gastrodia elata yield are 1000.54 g and 1395.48 g.3. By single factor test and orthogonal test to optimizate the growth conditions of Mycena(HZ-17). The results are as follows: the temperature is 24 ℃, the pH is 5.5. The best carbon source is corn, nitrogen source is peptone, inorganic element is KH2PO4, the vitamin is the VB2. Optimum nutrition condition combination is A1B3C1D1, namely corn, peptone: KH2PO4:VB2=10:5:3:0.005(g / L). The nitrogen source(peptone) is main factors to effect the growth of Mycena.
