Porcine respiretory disease complex (PRDC) is a kind of complicated disease, causing the respiratory system damage of porcine by many pathogen, which is seriously harmful to the development of the pig industry. The incidence rate of it is 35% to 80%, and mortality rate in the 5% to 30% or mor. The pathogenesis is complex and difficult to prevention and control, becomig the impact of the major issues in today’s swine industry. Porcine respiratory disease is caused by a wide variety of pathogens, and covering all stages of the onset of age, including piglets, nursery pigs, finishing pigs and sows, etc, which is wildly harmful, cuasing enormous difficulties to prevention and control in large-scale pig farms. The bacterial pathogens of PRDC include Haemophilus parasuis, Actinobacillus, Pasteurella multocida, Streptococcus pneumoniae and other viral pathogens, includ porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus, porcine circovirus type 2 virus, pseudorabies virus, swine fever virus.Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae is a the important pathogenic factors. Pathogens often infect body with mixed ways, and strengthen the damage to improve the morbidity and mortality. The test selected 53 samples with typical symptoms of respiratory disease in Sichuan Leshan, Qionglai, Ya’an, Xinjin, Vincent, Baoxing. Nanchong, Chengdu, Meishan. Neijiang. Suining and other regions 41 large-scale pig farms, to detecte bacterial pathogens, aiming at understanding the incidence of swine respiratory disease in parts of Sichuan and prevalence of bacterial pathogens, providing a theoretical basis for the development of scientific and rational prevention and control program.Through statistical analysis of the isolates, swine Streptococcus pneumoniae infection rates was highest, reaching 69.81%(37/53), and Pasteurella multocida, Haemophilus parasuis, Actinobacillus pleuropneumonia. listeria, green pus bacillus. Bacillus Boss bronchiseptica infection rates from up to down were 54.72%(29/53), 47.17%(25/53),20.75%(11/53),16.98%(9/53),13.21%(7/53),9.43%(5/53).In cases of superinfection of pathogens, the mixed infection rate of Haemophilus parasuis and swine Streptococcus pneumoniae was highest, reaching 32.07%(17/53). The mixed infection rate of Bordetella bronchiseptica and Listeria was 1.89%(l/53).In the triple pathogen infections, the mixed infection rate of Haemophilus parasuis, Pasteurella multocida and Swine Streptococcus pneumoniae was 11.32%(6/53). The mixed infection rate of Haemophilus parasuis. Swine Streptococcus pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 5.66%(3/53).
