In recent years, as people living standard rise, pets’ breed more and more. People get the attention to the pets disease gradually. Respiratory Tract Infection is a common disease of dogs. At present there are many kinds of antibiotics for respiratory tract, such as penicillin class with penicillin, ampicillin, amoxicillin, etc; Cephalosporin cefepime like ammonia benzyl, Latin, ceftriaxone, cefepime cephalosporin thiamethoxam injunctions, etc.; Beta lactam inhibitors such as amoxicillin clavulanic acid potassium, ampicillin shu ba temple, etc.; Large ring lactone class luo erythromycin, clarithromycin, azithromycin, etc; Fluoroquinolone class well, ma sand characters and magnitude, but in many medicines, amoxicillin is one of sales have been good for drugs. In antibiotic drugs in recent years, amoxicillin, and amoxicillin and potassium clavulanic acid of compound followed by penicillin agents sales.Amoxicillin clavulanic acid potassium and beta lactamase inhibitor is amoxicillin clavulanic acid potassium compound preparation of potassium clavulanic acid is a new type of powerful beta lactamase suppressed, it made with amoxicillin compound preparations, can improve amoxicillin amine enzyme in producing beta tested strains of antimicrobial activity, and for most of beta lactamase bacteria also has obvious antibacterial activity, clinical applications, and achieved remarkable curative effect. Currently, amoxicillin clavulanic acid potassium compound preparation of the application is more and more popular, even more than the use of amoxicillin. So we should be more in-depth understanding of amoxicillin clavulanic acid potassium pharmacological effects, provide reference for clinical safe drug use.Deep throat mucous samples were collected from dogs which were conformed to have clinical respiratory tract bacterial infection disease, the experiment was conducted in four pet hospitals (Nanjing, Nantong, Changzhou, Hangzhou). The isolation process was as following, accination in nutrient AGAR medium,37℃ for 24 h, then pick colony in pure culture, and isolated 78 strains of staphylococcus aureus,18 strains of streptococcus pneumoniae, and 9 strains of e. coli and 2 strains of bronchial blood wave’s bacillus. Among these cases,80 was chosen, Amoke were dosed and observed the clinical curative effects. The results showed that, with the recommended dose of 12.5 mg/KGBW/d use, seven days,95% respiratory tract infection can be treated.
