Chlorophorus annularis is an important forest insect, belongs to Coleoptera Cerambycidae Chlorophorus chevrolat, It major hazard bamboo and bamboo products.It was distributed in Southeast Asia, Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shanghai, Guangdong, Hainan, Guangxi and Hunan province and so on in our country. Our country is known as "kingdom of bamboo".On the one hand.it was the most abundant bamboo resources in species, planting area and storage. On the other hand,it was the country that have the world’s largest export bamboo products, Bamboo has great economic valuethe,it output has more than tens of billions of yuan.There has some research was reported that some quarantine pests including Chlorophorus annularis was found in export of bamboo products of our country in the 1980s.There is no effect technical Specifications for bamboo products in the world, even in the United States and other developed countries. Therefore, the establishment a drug fumigation quarantine treatment method to Chlorophorus annularis is urgent need.It is convenience of bamboo products exporting,Increasing foreign exchange trading,Improving quarantine management.Therefore,we studied the biological characteristics of Chlorophorus annularis, at the same time,we also researched the pharmaceutical fumigation techniques to Chlorophorus annularis on export host bamboo and bamboo products.Meantiming,we got the technical parameters of bamboo quarantine fumigation.The results show that the adults activity of Chlorophorus annularis was closely related to the temperature, illumination; (1)Added nutritional supplements can significantly prolong life; (2) Adult sex ratio varies with changes in the environment;(3)Average insect fecundity was 118.78, Fecundity was 94.45,Spawning efficiency was 67.33%, average spawning period was 9.78±2d,and instars of the average duration was14.86 d.The 2817 larvae and adults 130 were fumigated in 48±0.2g/m、64±0.2g/m3、 21.1±0.2℃、15.6±0.2℃、10.0±0.2℃、4.4±0.2℃、80±0.2g/m3、96±0.2g/m3、112±0.2g/m3、 at26.7±0.2℃,5 temperature and low dose combination.Its Mortality rate reached 100%,381 insects were lived in the three control groups.The results of methyl bromide fumigation tests and simulation verification test container that the Chlorophorus annularis were treatment at 48±0.2g/m3%、64±0.2g/m3、 80±0.2g/m3、96±0.2g/m3、112±0.2g/m3、26.7±0.2℃、21.1±0.2℃、15.6±0.2℃、10.0±0.2℃、 4.4±0.2℃ 5 temperature and low dose combination required for 24 h.The lowest concentration of methyl bromide was 14 g/m3,20 g/m3, 25 g/m3,28 g/m3,36 g/m.The mortality rate of methyl bromide fumigation reached to 100%.Instead of foreign technical indicators recommended for methyl bromide fumigation 24h required minimum concentrations were 23.3g/m3,25.6g/m3,32.1 g/m3,37.0 g/m3,46.3 g/m3. It was concluded from the above results we known can significantly reduce the amount of fumigant and reduce economic costs, while significantly reducing environmental pollution fumigant.
