Effect Of Different Organic Fertilizer And Topdressing Ratio On Quality Of CB-1 Organic Tobacco

In order to study the effects of different organic fertilizer and topdressing ratio on CB-1 organic tobacco, including appearance quality, conventional chemical composition and smoking quality, this experiment was conducted to explore the appropriate fertilization method, reasonable types and topdressing ratio of different organic fertilizer products. The results showed that:The results of different fertilization methods on CB-1 organic tobacco showed that:in the evaluation of tobacco appearance quality, Muto-type biological fertilizer was best, organic fertilizer came second, and other treatment was relatively poor. In the evaluation of tobacco chemical composition content, tobacco which was under the treatment of organic fertilizer was best, conventional planting came second, and the other was relatively poor. In the evaluation of tobacco smoking quality, tobacco which was under the treatment of organic fertilizer was best, conventional planting came second, Muto-type biological fertilizer was relatively poor, Muto-type biological fertilizer and NPS organic soluble fertilizer was poor, not ideal.The results of different kinds of organic fertilizer on CB-1 organic tobacco showed that: in the evaluation of tobacco appearance quality, there were two sites using cow dung manure had good performance in upper and middle tobacco leaves, lower tobacco leaves had no obvious difference. In the evaluation of tobacco chemical composition content, tobacco using cow dung and rape seed cake in Wuyi mountain had high nicotine content, while using cow dung had appropriate nicotine content. Tobacco in PuCheng using cow dung and rape seed cake had appropriate nicotine content, while using cow dung had slightly lower nicotine content. In Wuyi mountain, tobacco using cow dung and rape seed cake had slightly higher total sugar content, while using cow dung had slightly lower total sugar content; in PuCheng, tobacco using cow dung and rape seed cake had slightly lower total sugar content than using cow dung. Both in Wuyi mountain and PuCheng, tobacco using cow dung and rape seed cake had slightly lower the reducing sugar content than using cow dung. The content of potassium and chlorine in tobacco samples had no obvious. Both in Wuyi mountain and PuCheng, tobacco using cow dung had appropriate chemical composition content, was in good coordination. Tobacco using cow dung had better smoking quality than using cow dung and rape seed cake.The results of different topdressing ratio of organic fertilizer on CB-1 organic tobacco showed that:topdressing ratio of 28% and 42% had best performance in appearance quality, 0% came second, and 64% was relatively poor. Topdressing ratio of 42% had the best performance in chemical composition content, was in good coordination,28% came second, and 0%,64% were not appropriate, in poor coordination. Sensory evaluation of topdressing ratio of 28% and 42% had the best performance,0% came second, and 64% was relatively poor.
