Aim at the of current nitrogen and nicotine is unreasonable higher, nitrogen and nicotine content high, internal chemical components of flue-cured tobacco is not harmonious in Guiyang city. We designed for flue-cured tobacco nitrogen nutrition control measures to promote soil organic nitrogen materialized in advance, which laid the foundation of large adventitious root formation of flue-cured tobacco, and guarantee the nitrogen nutrient of soil available, realization of flue-cured tobacco in advance early and fast. Then through the nitrogen nutrition monitoring system to predict the dynamic change of nitrogen in the body of tobacco plant timely, then control nitrogen alkali reduction regulation of tobacco plant whose upper part of tobacco leaf nitrogen and nicotine is too high simultaneously, to achieve high quality tobacco production. Studies have shown that high ridge had a greater influence on the conditions, such as temperature, moisture and microbial activity. A high ridge in advance+laminating process lead to organic nitrogen materialized more fully, and the chemical composition of tobacco leaves, quality, yield and output value were superior to the conventional treatment, there is no obvious difference between the two-thirds dosage of nitrogen under the condition of a high ridge in advance and the total nitrogen in its growing tendency and output value, but the effect of the materialization need to be further verified under the condition of high ridge.Through monitoring the feature of flue-cured tobacco and nitrogen nutrition by the harmless monitoring technology, different levels of tobacco plant growth tendency, leaf color depth and the relative contents of chlorophyll were ranked, and eventually the total nitrogen and nicotine content and related to upper leaves, especially the strong correlation between the relative contents of chlorophyll and its existence, reflected that the higher degree of leaf color so is its chlorophyll relative content, and the final total nitrogen and nicotine content is as well as higher.Results show that Forecasting tobacco leaf total nitrogen and nicotine can achieved by monitoring of nitrogen nutrition in middle of its growing stage, various control measures demonstrate different degree of charged with nitrogen on the upper leaves, finally the effects of alkali reduction in topping intercepting comprehensive control is best.
