Pathomycetes and conditional pathomycetes,which found a lot in henhouse airborne fungi, cause coop pollution, harm to poultry industry and threaten public health. So it is meaningful to research on the dynamic distribution change of airborne fungi of henhouses in different seasons and different aquaculture modes, study on the airborne fungi, and targeted prevent and control airborne fungi pollution.There are 99 samples were collected from 9 poultry houses with different aquaculture mode by TYK-6 auto-sampling apparatus through a year.26703(CFU) fungi were captured and 153 strains of fungus were isolated.The results showed that the concentrationof fungi in different aquaculture henhouses were significantly different. The fungi concentration in underground poultry houses(1.50±0.36×103CFU/m3) was higher than closed poultry houses(1.04±0.14×103CFU/m3) and semi-closed henhouses(0.98 ±0.25×103CFU/m3); and the concentration of fung in dorking-raised henhouses(3.12±0.48×103CFU/m3) was higher than laying hen-raised henhouses(1.09±0.11× 103CFU/m3). The concentration of fungi in henhouses also increased with increasing age of chickens: 9 days was 0.11±0.06×103CFU/m3, 14 days was 0.50±0.37×103 CFU/m3, 3 days was 0.56±0.05×103CFU/m3, and 37 days was3.67±0.25×103CFU/m3. The henhouse concentration of fungi was different at all seasons: it was highest in summer(1.78±0.26×103CFU/m3), lowest in spring(1.06±0.22×103CFU/m3). The distribution of fungi of the sampling apparatus was different, the peak distribution was located in grade E(undergroud mode,closed mode, semi-closed mode:37.3%, 26.9%, 34.6%). Indicating that the henhouse concentration of fungi was influenced by aquacuLture model,species,ages,seasons.153 strains of fungi were isolated from 26703 CFU captured fungi, were recorded the characteristics of hypha and spores, were amplificated the DNA of fungi by universal primer, and then the ITS sequence of amplicafy productions were determinated. The data revealed that 15 genus, 25 species were identified; among them Aspergillus niger(15), Aspergillus flavus(10), Penicillium funiculosum(9) Cladosporium(16),Candida catenulate(8) were preponderant fungi, made up 37.9% of the total colony count. So the results indicated that fungi identification performed by a combination of ITS sequence analysis and morphology was an ideal method in the experiment.
