| In recent years, the related studies on the source and the level of the goose dietary fiber have been reported, but the research on the relationship between the amount of water content and fiber in goose diet and the relationship between the amount of dietary fiber and the fiber is not sufficient. The reasonable collocation of the goose and appropriate dietary fiber sources can improve the production performance of the goose. Therefore, In this experiment, alfalfa, corn silage and cabbage as fiber source, the effects of dietary moisture content and fiber composition on the nutrition utilization of goose were studied, which will provide the theoretical basis and reference for the reasonable collocation of goose diet.Experiment 1: diets containing content on goose nutrient utilization effect, the surface energy utilization and nitrogen apparent sedimentation rate, crude fiber, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber digestibility determination. Experimental results show that diets containing water for group 60% energy apparent utilization rate and the rest of the group, the difference was significant(P < 0.05); diet containing water for 60% of the group, the nitrogen apparent deposition rate and fiber components in crude fiber, neutral detergent fiber digestibility rate and the rest of the group differences were significant(P < 0.01); neutral detergent fiber digestibility rate of diet for natural water group water and dietary moisture 50% group significantly(P < 0.05), the rest of the treatment group differences were significantly(P < 0.01).Experiment 2: the effect of dietary fiber composition on the utilization of goose nutrition substance. Group with no significant difference between the group test results show that, the energy apparent digestibility determination results, alfalfa and corn silage and Chinese cabbage group the difference was significant(P < 0.05); nitrogen apparent deposition rate of corn silage was the highest, 3 treatment groups; Chinese cabbage group of corn silage and alfalfa group of crude fiber digestibility differences were very significant(P < 0.01), and corn silage and cabbage and alfalfa NDF digestibility differences were very significant(P < 0.01); dietary enzyme digestion of fiber and crude fiber, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber digestibility showed a highly significant positive correlation(P < 0.01). The content of high digestible fiber was significantly positively correlated with the energy apparent(P < 0.01).. Enzymatic digestion of high fiber content accounted for neutral detergent fiber and the ratio of energy table utilization rate is extremely significant positive correlation(P < 0.01), enzymatic hydrolysis, fiber content accounted for total fiber and the ratio of energy table on utilization rate is extremely significant positive correlation(P < 0.01). The contents of the enzymatic hydrolysis of lignin were significantly negatively correlated with the digestibility of crude fiber and aciddetergent fiber(P < 0.05). The contents of lignin and the digestibility of neutral detergent fiber were significantly negative(P < 0.05).In conclusion, the moisture content of diet can influence the goose on nutrient utilization. When moisture content was 60%, the goose has the highest utilization diet nutrition. To sum up:1 the water content of the grain affected the utilization efficiency of the goose to the nutrient substance, and when the water content range from 14% to 70%, the water content was the highest in the 60% groups..2. On the day of grain moisture content is 60%, the fibers of goose on nutrient use efficiency, enzymolysis digestion of high fiber content and energy table view utilization ratio and fiber digestion rate were positively correlated. The ratio of the enzymatic hydrolysis fiber to the neutral detergent fiber and the fiber was positively correlated with the apparent digestibility of the energy. |
