This study combined with the existing problems in the production practice, has designed 5 different genetic basis gander groups. Through feeding incubation test, the rate of fertilization and use of time in different groups were detected; Using tissue section HE dyeing, compared the morphological changes of male goose testis in breeding period; Through the analysis of gene expression differences, compared the difference of GnRH and PRL expression in different test groups; Finally, has provided a theoretical reference for the reproductive performance of male goose from the micro to macro. The results are as follows:(1). On the group of interplanting fertilized egg rate: breeding prophase differ significantly(P < 0.05), group V was best. The mid breeding period no significant difference(P < 0.05), average value of group V is maximum. Significant differences in reproductive stage(P < 0.05), the fertilization rate of group V has slowest decline. Effective breeding days: I, II, III, IV, V group effective breeding days were 99, 81, 99, 81, 118. V group effective breeding days than I, II, III, IV group was prolonged 19 d, 37 d, 19 d, 37 d.(2). The gander testicular histological changes in reproductive period: 5 experimental groups of male goose testis weight, seminiferous tubule diameter, genital epithelial height, sperm density and other indicators showed a rising phenomenon in the early breeding; Each index between groups of male goose testis increased values in the mid breeding is not the same, but in this period reached the maximum value; In addition to V group outside, I, II, III, IV group index value in reproduction period of rapid decline.(3). Expression of GnRH and PRL: The entire reproductive period, GnRH and PRL in the testis of male goose 5 experimental groups were expressed. They are the same expression pattern. Expression of GnRH from the early breeding, propagation of the mid to late breeding, showing increased first and then decreased, the highest expression of reproductive medium. Expression of PRL from the early breeding, propagation of the mid to late first decreased and then increased for breeding, the lowest expression of reproductive medium. GnRH has a promoting effect on the reproductive performance of male geese. The inhibitory effect of PRL on the reproductive performance of male geese. In contrast to GnRH and PRL’s role.
