The Acanthopanax senticosus are used as research object.As the important resource of Chinese traditional herb, Acanthopanax senticosus is liked deeply by the domestic and foreign patients and its productions were demanded greatly.Wild.Acanlhopanax senticosus were dug massively,which caused annual decrease of resource.Inorder to protect and rationally develop the Acanthopanax senticosus,make the resource sustained utilized.it had been propagated and cultivated artifieially in large area.However,people lack the understanding of the Acanthopanax senticosus planting technology The study has a series of tests through its different bionic cultivation mode, high-yield clip test, harvest time and quality evaluation of four aspects. In order to achieve Acanthopanax senticosus efficient artificial planting technology The test results are as follows: 1. The influence of different bionic cultivation mode on Acanthopanax senticosus growth:We explore the effects of different natural environmental conditions which are closed forest, woodland, forest edge on characters and productions of Acanthopanax senticosus, so that we can determine the best cultivation mode of Acanthopanax senticosus and promote the forest medicine planting. The results show that: The plant height and stem diameter of plants which are planted in woodland grow rapidly than which are planted in the other two conditions. The plant’s crown diameter decrease gradually with the planting in forest edge, woodland, closed forest. The three kinds of cultivation mode have large effects on the maturity of the fruits of Acanthopanax senticosus. The fruits of Acanthopanax senticosus which are planted in closed forest are not enough in maturity. The fruits of Acanthopanax senticosus grow well which are planted in woodland and forest edge. Three environmental conditions of the seed plumpness is low. The highest root productions and root lengths are on the plants which are planted in the forest edge. 2. The determination of pruning time of Acanthopanax senticosus:The pruning in spring and autumn can promote root tillering ability of Acanthopanax senticosus so that can promote the new bud germination. We carry out the pruning measures on Acanthopanax senticosus in spring and autumn, then comparing with control group. And we measure the effective constituent. The results show that: The pruning in spring and autumn can not only promote root tillering ability of Acanthopanax senticosus but also make the turning green period coming early. The turning green period in autumn and spring are bring forward five days and three days separately than control group. The pruning can promote the accumulation of soluble sugar while the data in spring is higher. But the pruning measures affect the content of syringin which is less 20% than that in control group. The results show that annual Acanthopanax senticosus seedlings are suitable for pruning so that promote the growth of new bud germination. But the perennial Acanthopanax senticosus seedlings are not suitable for pruning. 3. The determination of harvest time of Acanthopanax senticosus:We gather the fourã€fiveã€six years old Acanthopanax senticosus roots eleven times a year. We measure the effective constituent and root production. The results show that: The four years old Acanthopanax senticosus seedling is not suitable for harvest because its content of effective constituent of Acanthopanax senticosus roots is beyond the reach of data which is recorded in pharmacopeia standards. The effective constituent and root production of four and five year old Acanthopanax senticosus seedlings gradually increase by years. At this time, the accumulation of effective constituent and root production turn into slowly. It’s the time to harvest. The peak of the effective constituent and root production coincide in September. The product of effective constituent and root production appears in September 10 th. At that time, the Acanthopanax senticosus have a high production and good quality. So the best harvest time of Acanthopanax senticosus is the middle of September. 4. The quality evaluation of Acanthopanax senticosus in different regions:We measure the various effective constituent of Acanthopanax senticosus in different regions. The results show that: The content of syringin is highest in which planting in Jingyu and Helong while the highest content of starch and polysaccharide is in the Acanthopanax senticosus planting in Changchun. Each contents of effective constituent has no obvious difference in which harvested in Jingyu. The content of syringing, flavonoid, alcohol is the lowest in which harvested in Huadian. The content of hydrotrope and alcohol containers is apparently higher in Helong than that in the other three regions.
