Congtent:Through numerous studies have found that trace elements and vitamins for animal growth and development, reproductive performance, production performance having something important role points. As China’s sheep industry is in transition phase, from the more traditional old-fashioned into a higher degree of modernization intensive, trace elements and vitamins applied to sheep production also increase the degree of oxidation following the circle and raise sheep growth which changing environment is also growing, and the lack of an animal is often not a single trace elements and vitamins, as well as a variety of trace elements and vitamin deficiencies are more common. Vitamin supplements in the present study, and grazing livestock dietary is located secondary position, trace additives in a dominant position, feed production multivitamin supplemented the main purpose is to further improve the immune function of animals, which can enhance animal growth and development and to improve the quality and increase livestock production. Related studies have shown that there are important implications for trace element and stable vitamin animals, so premix in trace elements and vitamins should be appropriate to add additives to animal production which has a positive effect.Methods:In this study, feeding trials, tests and lab slaughter sample analysis, grazing sheep feeding on growth performance applications premix after immunization performance and meat quality were studied through growth performance, immunity performance and meat.Application quality analysis to determine the effect of premix for the Ili region in line with grazing sheep premix provides nutritional needs and provides scientific basis. Nutrition intaked by sheep and sheep needs to be analyzed and the amount drawn by sheep needs to be added mineral elements and vitamins into premix rational design. And production effects test is in Yili Prefecture and test results are recorded by grazing sheep production performance after the feeding experiment samples are collected, including blood and meat samples which were measured in the blood indicators analyzing the impact of premix supplementation on immune performance of meat samples by measuring indicators for meat quality of analysis, and meat quality improves.Results: Experiment 1,the experimental results show that the effect of weight gain supplement premix obvious experimental group than in the control group, a weight gain of 13.5%(P <0.01); The second group than the control group gained weight 23.76%(P<0.01); the second group than the first group, the difference was significant(P<0.01); Slaughter indicators, the first increase in the experimental group than the control group of 9.67%(P> 0.05), the second experimental group increased by 26.29% compared withthe control group, and the second experimental group increased 15.16% than the first test group. Carcass weight tended to increase significantly, control group’s carcass weight is high 23.46%(P <0.05) than the control group, the second experimental group increase 45.85%(P <0.05) than the control group, and the second experimental group improved 18.13% than the first experimental group(P <0.05); compare slaughter rate, the first test group of slaughter rate of 4.83%(P <0.05) more than the control group, and the second test group more than the control group 5.99%(P <0.05), The first experimental group and the second experimental group was not significantly different contrast(P> 0.05). Experiment 2, the first experimental group and the control group in contrast to calcium content, calcium improved 82.76%(P <0.01), the second experimental group improved 286.21%(P <0.01) than the control group, and the second test group and the first experimental group were significantly different(P <0.01), significantly increased calcium content, an increase of 0.59 mmol / L than the first test group. Comparing serum phosphorus content, the first experimental group compared with the control group had no significant difference(P> 0.05); second test group and the control group, serum phosphorus content increased 53.93%(P <0.01), second test group grew 25.69%(P <0.05) than the first test group. Blood glucose concentration, the first test group than the control group concentration increase of 54.5%(P <0.01); the second experimental group increased by 82.39% compared with the control group, the difference was significant(P <0.01), the second experimental group than the first a test group increased by 18%, a significant difference(P <0.05); Immunoglobulin G contrast found in the control group and the first experimental group was not significant(P> 0.05), in the control group compared with the second experimental group were significantly different(P <0.05), the first experimental group and the second experimental group in this indicators contrast significant differences(P <0.05); compare the experimental group and the control group, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase was not significant difference(P> 0.05). Experiment 3, crude fat contrast, the first experimental group compared with the control group had no significant difference(P> 0.05), the second experimental group and the control group were significantly different contrast(P <0.05), the second experimental group and the first test group with significant difference(P <0.05); contrast crude protein found in the first test group and the control group was significantly different(P <0.05), the second experimental group and control group comparison significant difference(P <0.05), the first experimental group and the comparison of the second test group was not significantly different(P> 0.05). Shear comparison found tenderness of lamb has increased, the second experimental group and the first experimental comparison group was not significantly different, the first comparison of the experimental group and the control group had no significant difference(P> 0.05), the second experimental group and the control group contrast significant difference(P <0.01).Conclusion: 1. premix supplementation can significantly improve production performance and grazing sheep’ slaughter performance, improve the productivity of grazing sheep;2. premix supplementation can improve the performance of grazing sheep immune, improve theirresistance to disease, improve the physical condition of the sheep;3. grazing sheep’ meat quality changes in nutrients and tenderness after supplement premix significant, meat quality has been improved.
