In this study,using three hybridization and select reproductive performance has obvious heterosis of the female parent Duolang sheep with Taxkorgan sheep hybrid,then the introduction of varieties of Suffolk sheep do the terminal paternal hybrid lambs as test animals and their growth and development of meat production performance and meat quality.This experiment in two phases, the first stage for the performance of growth and development and production of meat, meat-like quality of the second phase of research. The results showed that:Growth and development of indicators and meat performance results show that Lambs sexueal performance at the age of3-4months;7month of age of female lamb can be breeding,male lamb less than10month of age can be breeding,Daily gain of4month of age up to about400g.6months of age weighing ou to above44.50kg.Chest width,chest circumference,chest depth were20.2cm,90.0cm,31.2cm,Comparen whith Duolang sheep were increased by0.6cm,7cm,1.8cm,the difference was significant (p<0.05).Carcass weight of the test grop than the control grop increased by6.15kg,21.15%,the difference was significant(p<0.05);The slaughter rate up to55.8%,lean percentage is as high as66.26%,hybrid combination is ideal.Meat Quality Determination of conventional ingredients results show that Hybrid lamb’s flesh from between3-4, is a normal color. Duolang sheep lambs averaged4.25points,the color is slightly darker;The mutton pH of5.84,in line with the frash meat standards;DuoTaSa male and female lambs (57.41%,58.43%) by nearly two percentage points,significant differences(p<0.05); DuoTaSa lamb shear force average of3.68kg,lower than Duolang sheep(4.4.4kg)0.76kg; DuoTaSa lamb content highest muscle water(male73.3%,female72.4%),Duolang sheep female lamb lowest,the difference between a significant test to prove that DuoTaSa lamb meat samples in the moisture content was significantly higher than that of the waves sheep lambs(p<0.01). DuoTaSa lamb meat content of 20%protein, Complete the eighr kinds of essential amino acids(Isoleucine, Leucine, lysine, methione,cystine,valine,phenylalanine,tyrosine)neededbythe body,Treonine,Methionine,Isoleucine, Leucine, lysine conten twas0.79%,0.67%,0.82%,1.44%,1.6.%are higher than Duolang sheep.The results of Sataduo lamb growth and development, the performance of meat production and meat quality determination show that the Sataduo than lambs on the local Duolang sheep in terms of meat quality showed significant heterosis hybrids reflects the three excellent characteristics of species (Duolang sheep, Taxkorgan sheep, Suffolk sheep). This plays an important role in the development of the sheep industry of Kashgar, full use of local varieties and to improve economic efficiency, etc.
